Description

Was a water boiler. Both of the warm water boilers known up to now for wood-firing have the disadvantage that deposits form on the walls of the boiler, which are coated with flue gas, particularly in the so-called transitional period when heating is carried out at low temperatures.

The present invention is a hot water boiler in which the water problem is resolved.

This hot water boiler is characterized in that the same means are available to prevent excessive cooling of certain parts of the boiler due to the cooled water flowing back and thus the formation of precipitates.

An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown on the attached sheet of drawings: FIG. 1 shows the warm water boiler in elevation and FIG. 2 shows a part of it on a larger scale. Cut.

1 are the limbs of the kettle, which are assembled in a known manner by means of the nipples 12, so that the limbs are connected to one another at least at the top and bottom by a connecting chamber.

2 is the water return pipe with a built-in regulating element 3, dae with the lower respectively. corresponds to the lower connecting channels of the links 7 is the flow pipe through which the heated water is led into the heating system,

which pipe with the respectively. corresponds to the upper connecting channels of the boiler sections: 4 is a pipe branching off in front of the regulating member 3 in the line 2, which with the upper, horizontal part 6 lies inside the upper connecting channel of the boiler sections and which has radially directed holes 8 is provided.

4 'is a flange on this pipe, by means of which it is attached to the front boiler section. The water in the boiler sections is denoted by 10 and that in the pipe 4 is denoted by 10 '. The mode of operation of this hot water boiler is as follows: If you want to use the boiler for coal-firing, you close the regulating organ 5 in the pipe 4.

When burning wood or other fuels that tend to precipitate, you open the regulating member 5 in the pipe 4 and close the regulating member 3 in the line 2, whereby the return water in this pipe rises upwards and at the holes 8 in the upper connecting channel Boiler members exits, whereby the cooled water 10 'mixes with the higher he warmed water 10 in the boiler.

This prevents the cooled water from directly touching the boiler walls, cooling them down too much and causing precipitation.

Those parts of the boiler which are covered by the already cooled flue gases remain at a sufficiently high temperature as a result of the measure described, so that the vapors that form during wood-burning do not condense here.
