Bei der bekannten Bremse wird beim Bremsvorgang Druckmittel ausgelassen; es handelt sich also um eine sogenanate Auslassbremse. Bei der bekannten Anordnung sind das Fallgewicht und die beiden Kolben derart hintereinander geschaltet,,dassi ,das Fallgewicht über die Kol ben auf das;
United driving and safety brake for shaft hoisting machines. Combined driving and safety brakes are known in which a double-sided loadable piston is used to transmit the driving and safety brake pressure, and the air pressure required for braking is maintained by a fall weight that is mechanically connected to a linkage further piston in connection #,
ment stands. Both pistons are arranged in a common stationary housing. The two piston surfaces of the piston, which can be loaded on both sides, are loaded by different pressures,
as long as the braking device is in its inoperative position. The higher pressure acts to release the brake shoes and keep the weight in its highest position. During the braking process, a cylinder chamber located on the piston side that is subject to higher loads is completely or partially vented.
As a result of> the relief of the piston, an amount of air with a lower tension stored in an air chamber can expand into the cylinder space between the two pistons :. The air pressure required for braking is maintained by the falling weight and the piston connected to it.
In the known brake, pressure medium is released during the braking process; it is therefore a so-called exhaust brake. In the known arrangement, the falling weight and the two pistons are connected in series, thati, the falling weight on the Kol ben on the;
Brake linkage act and can thus bring about braking, even independently of the pressure medium.
The known brake is relatively simple with regard to the linkage arrangement, but would require the design of the travel brake as the exhaust brake and. in order to :
the double-sided application of the driving brake piston, as well as the arrangement of the corresponding lines, an additional Wmnd @ k-esselsi and the like. In brake arrangements that are also known, a so-called inlet brake has been provided as the driving brake; H.
a brake in which the brake pressure is applied by applying compressed air or steam that has been let into the cylinder, applying the dull traction brake piston. In most cases, two separate cylinders were used as a driving brake cylinder and a holding cylinder for the falling weight and, in one embodiment, a differential lever was also used as a transmission element
intended.
The aim of the invention is to combine the advantages of the outlet brakes described at the outset and the inlet brakes discussed thereafter.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a travel brake cylinder with piston is movably included in the linkage leading from the drop weight to the brake bars, so that in the event of a risk when the brake pressure is generated, the drop weight does not only adjust the piston, but also of the travel brake cylinder.
The drawing shows three exemplary embodiments of the invention.
In Fig. 1, 1 is the brake rim to which the brake pads 2 apply when the linkage 4 is pushed upwards. 5 is the cylinder of the driving brake with the piston 6, which is through the linkage 4,
7 is connected to the brake gas line 8. The brake cylinder 5 is fastened to the brake lever 10 by the part 9 which is mounted in a stationary manner at 11. The end h2 of the lever 10 is with the falling weight 1:
3, and the holding device 14 connected. The holding device consists of the retaining cylinder 15 and the piston 16, which is fixed in the art.
The retaining piston 1.6 and the falling weight 13 are fastened to the rod 17. 1.8 is a compressed air tank to which the travel brake cylinder 5 is connected via the maneuvering valve 19.
Since the cylinder 5 has to move up and down with the lever 10, the cylinder 5 is connected to the valve 19 in a movable manner, for example by a flexible hose 31.
The same compressed air tank is also via line 20 and valve 2:
1 -the holding cylinder 15 is connected. The valve 2'1 is connected by the linkage 30 to a triggering device known per se, which triggers the safety brake in the event of danger. Instead of the compressed air holding device 14, another holding device, e.g.
B. a simple latch, kick.
In the normal operating state, the braked weight 13 is pushed in the holding cylinder 1! 5! in the uppermost position, in which the brake lever is supported on the foundation 22.
The brake cylinder 5 is thus held. If air is let into the cylinder 5 through the maneuvering valve 19, the piston 6 moves upwards and the brake is applied.
If the air flows out of the cylinder 5 after the maneuvering brake # h, level has been applied, the piston 6 goes back and releases the brake. The braking forces are so at. this process directly on the foundation \? 2 transferred and the lever 10 is completely switched off.
The, rod 8 is in a known manner with an intermediate member, for. B. a differential lever, connected to the safety brake is coupled via the rod 3: 0 and which is influenced by the driving brake lever and the safety brake lever.
In the event of a G-efahrfalle vex the safety device via this intermediate member and via the linkage 8, the valve 19 and thereby gives the compressed air its way into the cylinder 5 Zy. The compressed air flows under the piston 6. In addition, the valve 21 is adjusted at the same time via the linkage <B> 8.0 </B>, whereby the cylinder 15 is vented.
The brake shoes are immediately applied by the piston 6 via the rods 4, 7, 3, as the weight is first caused by the compressed air flowing out of the cylinder 15, the other time by
the compressed air flowing into cylinder 5 is prevented from falling. The weight 13 does not drop as long as there is sufficient compressed air under the piston 6.
To release the brake, compressed air can again be admitted into the cylinder via the valve 21, so that: the piston 16 rises before the cylinder 5 and the piston 6 descend and the brake pads: 3 are released.
Another arrangement is shown in FIG. 2, in which the holding cylinder is stationary; his Kol ben is formed as a cylinder for the driving brake. 15 is the holding cylinder, 16 is the piston that can move in it. This is movably attached to the lever 10 at 40. The piston 16 is designed so that it forms the cylinder 5 for: the ferry brake, in which the piston 6 moves up and down, to which the brake rod 4, 7 is connected.
During operational braking, the compressed air is passed through the line 31 into the cylinder 5 and thereby applied to the piston 6 in the direction of the arrows. As a result, the piston 6 is: pressed upwards, so that: the brake shoes are lined up (rammed together. The on:
the pressure acting on the piston 16, which holds the weight in the air position shown, is directed downwards. As long as: the falling weight is not released, the piston 16 is supported on a support, so it also maintains the position shown when working: the travel brake.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a cylinder 42, in which an air piston 43 for the falling weight 44 is guided, is fastened to a base plate 41. The air piston and the falling weight are connected to one another via a link 45, a double lever 47 rotatable around the shaft 46 and a rod 48.
A pressure medium is passed through the line 49 into the annular space 50, which: pressurizes the annular piston surface 51 of the air piston 43. In this way the Fallge weight 44 is held in its air position.
The air piston 43 forms a cylinder 5, 2 lying within the annular surface 51, in which the driving brake piston 53 is guided. The cylinder chamber 54 of the driving brake piston is connected to the pressure medium network 62 via a pressure regulator 55, a line 56 and bores 57 in the air piston 43! in connection.
The driving brake piston 53 .is articulated via a piston rod 58 on the brake lever 59 or on an intermediate linkage. During driving braking, the pressure medium is supplied via: the pressure regulator 55 or the cylinder chamber 54, and: thereby: the driving brake piston is adjusted upwards. In this way, accordingly:
the respective extension of the travel brake lever 60 generates a greater or greater brake pressure. The release piston, which the reaction component of the transmitted from the driving brake piston; Absorbs braking pressure: is supported in its lower end position on stops 61 in the stationary cylinder 42.
As long as. the pressure medium supply from the network 62 over, the line 56 is in order, the lifting piston always retains the in clor drawing:
air position shown at. With driving brakes as well as with safety brakes, the brake pressure is namely only by supplying pressure medium into the driving brake cylinder and:
by adjusting. generated by the driving brake piston. : If, however, for whatever reason the pressure medium pressure falls below: the minimum amount required for the safety of the bed, o the ventilator from the fall, is adjusted upwards.
The bottom of the. Driving brake cylinder lies against: the piston 5: 3 and thereby brings the brake shoes to rest. The compressed air that is still present in the cylinder chamber 54 serves to compensate: the inertia forces.
A regulating element can be provided in the line 49, which only allows the pressure medium to flow out of the annular space 50 when the pressure in the network falls below a certain amount.
It is also: possible to design the driving brake piston as a cylinder for the air piston. If: the brake pressure is to be generated in the driving pulp cylinder even in the event of danger by supplying compressed air, the armature 63 of the triggering magnet 64 via an angle lever 65 does not only:
which leads to the three-way valve 6, 6 of the air cylinder, e: rod 67 is connected, but also a control element for the pressure regulator 55. of the travel brake is articulated on the lever 65.
Bim the game illustrated Ausführungsbei is connected to the angle lever 65 via an elongated hole .Stange 68, which engages the differential lever 69. The middle one. The articulation point of the differential Ihebels is via a rod 70 with: the control member of the pressure regulator 55 in connection. At the third articulation point of the differential lever 6, 9, the driving brake lever 60 is articulated via a rod 71.
In the event of danger: the differential lever 69 is guided into the open position which corresponds to the desired safety brake pressure 'ent. The brake pressure can be limited to the desired value by an adjustable stop. The stop prevents -that the differential lever is moved beyond the set position 69 'when braking.
Even in the event of danger, the compressed air flows into the vehicle brake piston and applies the brake. Although the lift cylinder of the safety brake is connected to the outlet, the lift piston 43 retains the position shown. As a result, there is no decrease in the Fallgewich th 44 of the safety brake.
A throttle valve 72 can be provided at the outlet of the lift cylinder, which prevents a sudden outflow of the compressed air from the lift cylinder 5.0, as long as sufficient compressed air is available in the network 62 for safety braking.
The throttle valve 72 can be controlled and fully opened as a function of the pressure in the compressed air network 62 if, for example, the pressure in the network drops so far that proper braking would no longer be guaranteed.
If the pressure in the network 62 is too low, the falling weight 44 is also used to generate the braking pressure. The approach 73 in the bottom of the cylinder roughness 54 lies here against; the driving brake piston 53 and thus generates the brake pressure.
The maximum pressure that can be generated by the travel brake lever 60 with the aid of the travel brake is shown in the drawing by the position 69 ″ of the differential lever 69, while the adjustable safety brake position is represented by the position 69 ' > is illustrated.
Movable control lines for supplying the compressed air to the inner cylinder space are avoided because an annular recess is provided in the outer piston, which is connected to the inner pressure space via channels.
The annular space 74 is delimited in the axial direction by shoulders of equal width, so that the compressed air cannot cause any adjustment of the piston 48 when it flows through the space 74.
The safety brake lever 75 is not firmly attached to the rod 68, but is connected to it via an elongated hole 76. If the lever 69 is adjusted by the release magnet 63, 64, the 75 is not moved along with this control movement.
In the case of an orderly operation, compressed air from the network 62 is fed to the brake cylinder when driving as well as when braking; here through the mass effects of the falling weight are completely eliminated.
