Le dispositif selon l'invention est carac térisé par un cylindre. en matière flexible, dont l'extrémité antérieure est fermée, cette fermeture étant établie au moyen de la ma tière de l'extrémité de sa paroi recourbée vers son axe, de façon à pouvoir s'ouvrir en s'écar tant sous la poussée exercée par le piston, pour livrer passage au contenu du cylindre.
On peut également coiffer l'extrémité an térieure fermée du cylindre, par un couver cle et fermer l'extrémité postérieure du cy lindre par un bouchon, couvercle et bouchon étant confectionnés de préférence en la même matière que le cylindre, le bouchon pouvant servir de piston et le couvercle pour pousser ce piston.
Dans le dessin annexé, les fig. 1 et 2 re présentent, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution préférée du dispositif suivant l'invention; La fig. 3 représente une variante de celle-ci.
Le bord de l'extrémité antérieure du cy lindre 1 est entaillé sur une certaine longueur, en forme de languettes ou dents de scie 2, qui sont ensuite recourbées vers l'axe du cy lindre, jusqu'à se joindre pour constituer la fermeture 3, de ,sorte que sous la pression du médicament ces dents peuvent s'écarter pour livrer passage à ce dernier.
Une fermeture remplissant les mêmes con ditions peut être réalisée, soit en tordant l'ex trémité antérieure du cylindre autour de l'axe du cylindre, soit en plissant la paroi de cette extrémité et en rassemblant ces plis 'vers l'axe du cylindre, jusqu'à les joindre pour consti tuer une fermeture complète.
L'extrémité antérieure du cylindre fer mée d'une des matières décrites est couverte avec le couvercle 4 et l'extrémité. postérieure est fermée par le bouchon 5. Il est évident que ce bouchon peut servir de piston, qu'on doit pousser à l'aide d'une tige quelconque.
Pour ne pas être obligé de chercher ailleurs une tige pour pousser le piston, on peut, comme représenté à la fig. 3, donner à la paroi cylindrique du couvercle 4 une cer taine longueur, de sorte qu'en l'enlevant et en l'introduisant dans l'extrémité postérieure du cylindre, il peut faire office de tige de piston. Dans ce cas, il faut, bien entendu, donner à l'extrémité postérieure du cylindre des dimensions correspondant au diamètre ex térieur du couvercle.
Les dipositifs décrits, dont l'exécution est très simple et ,la matière bon marché, sont des tinés à être utilisés une seule fois. Le ma lade ou le médecin. ne doivent donc plus pro céder après chaque emploi à un nettoyage, à une stérilisation et à un chargement, c'est- à-dire qu'ils ne sont plus obligés d'exécuter des manipulations délicates,
nécessaires lors qu'il s'agit d'un instrument coûteux pour des emplois répétés.
