Dispositif pour la fixation temporaire d'objets sur un support. La présente invention concerne un dispo sitif pour la fixation temporaire d'objets sur un support qui est caractérisé par au moins deux équerres en matière élastique, destinées à être assujetties à un support quelconque, de telle manière qu'elles constituent entre elles un étrier en forme d'U dont les branches li bres sont munies sur leurs faces intérieures de protubérances pour maintenir en place un objet introduit dans cet étrier.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, quelques formes -d'exécution du disposi tif selon l'invention.
Les fig. 1 et 2 en représentent une pre mière forme d'exécution, vue -de face et de côté; la fig. 3 en montre une seconde, la fig. 4 une troisième, et la fig. 5 une quatrième.
En se référant aux fig. 1 et 2, 1 sont deux équerres à angle droit formées par une lame d'acier à ressort. L'une des branches -de l'é querre est munie de deux trous pour des vis d'ancrage 2. L'autre branche est recourbée à son extrémité vers l'intérieur de l'équerre et forme une protubérance 3. Les deux équerres sont assujetties au moyen -des vis 2 à un sup port 4, de manière que les protubérances se fassent vis-à-vis. Les équerres constituent ainsi, avec le support, un étrier ayant un pro fil général en<B>U.</B>
Dans la forme d'exécution selon la fig. 3, les équerres 6 sont en caoutchouc. Leur bran che libre est cintrée et inclinée vers la bran che à fixer au support. Elle comporte des protubérances 6' et 6". Les faces intérieures des branches cintrées sont encore pourvues d'une denture 6"'. Une plaque métallique 7 prévue pour chaque branche horizontale -des équerres sert de cale aux têtes des vis d'an crage 2 et assure une fixation impeccable des équerres sur le support.
Pour simplifier la construction du dispo sitif, on peut réunir les deux équerres en une seule pièce comme représenté par les fig. 4 et 5.
Dans la forme d'exécution selon la fig. 4, cette pièce unique est un étrier 8 constitué par une lame d'acier à ressort, présentant un profil général en U. Ses extrémités libres sont recourbées d'une manière similaire à celle des équerres selon la fis. 1 pour for mer .des protubérances 8'. La branche trans versale -de l'étrier est pourvue de trous pour recevoir les vis d'ancrage 2.
La forme d'exécution selon la fis. 5 mon tre la réunion des deux équerres en caout chouc -6 en un étrier 9. Il comporte des pro- tub6rances 9' et 9" ainsi qu'une denture 9"'. 10 .est une cale pour les vis d'ancrage 2.
Dans les formes d'exécution selon les fis. '3 à 5, la largeur de la lame constituant les équerres est approximativement -dans le même rapport à l'ouverture entre les :deux branches libres de celle-ci que dans la pre mière forme d'exécution.
Lors .de la fabrication des équerres, leurs dimensions seront toujours adaptées à la sec tion -des objets .à fixer, de telle sorte que les protubérances exercent une certaine pression sur ces derniers..
Les applications -des -dispositifs décrits sont variées. Par exemple, on s'en sert avan- tageusement pour transporter des objets oblongs sur des voitures fermées, notamment pour le transport -de skis sur des automobiles. A cet effet, on groupe deux ou plusieurs de ces dispositifs en ligne et y range les skis comme représenté en coupe dans les fis. 1 et 5.
Pour la mise en place -des skis., il suffit de les introduire dans la position inclinée dessi née en traits mixtes (fis. 1) et :de les presser ensuite au fond de l'étrier. L'enlèvement se fait d'une manière analogue, mais: en sens in verse.
Les branches des équerres et étriers étant élastiques, elles cèdent à l'effort exercé sur elle pendant l'introduction ou la sortie des objets.
Ceux-ci, une fois amarrés, ne peu vent plus: bouger, ni dans la, direction brans- versale, ni longitudinalement, la pression qu'exercent les protubérances les maintenant en place.
Les objets à fixer par ces dispositifs peu vent avoir n'importe quelle section. La fis. 4 montre, par exemple, l'amarrage d'un objet à section ronde.
On conçoit que les objets se placent et s'enlèvent instantanément des dispositifs, re présentés. La fixation -est si efficace qu'en général des courroies ou d'autres ligatures sont superflues.
Il est évident que les équerres qui consti tuent le dispositif selon l'invention peuvent avoir d'autres formes: que celles représentées clans le dessin, sans sortir cependant du ca dre de la présente invention.

Referring to Figs. 1 and 2, 1 are two right angle brackets formed by a spring steel blade. One of the branches of the square is provided with two holes for anchoring screws 2. The other branch is curved at its end towards the inside of the square and forms a protuberance 3. The two squares are subject by means -of screws 2 to a support 4, so that the protuberances are vis-à-vis. The brackets thus constitute, with the support, a bracket having a general profile in <B> U. </B>
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the brackets 6 are made of rubber. Their free branch is bent and inclined towards the branch to be fixed to the support. It has 6 'and 6 "protrusions. The inner faces of the curved branches are also provided with 6"' teeth. A metal plate 7 provided for each horizontal branch of the brackets serves as a wedge for the heads of the anchoring screws 2 and ensures an impeccable fixing of the brackets on the support.
To simplify the construction of the device, the two brackets can be brought together in a single piece as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, this single part is a bracket 8 formed by a spring steel blade, having a general U-profile. Its free ends are curved in a manner similar to that of the brackets according to the fis. 1 for for mer. Protuberances 8 '. The transverse branch of the caliper is provided with holes to receive the anchor screws 2.
The embodiment according to fis. 5 shows the meeting of the two rubber brackets -6 in a caliper 9. It has 9 'and 9 "protuberances as well as 9"' teeth. 10. Is a wedge for the anchor screws 2.
In the forms of execution according to the fis. '3 to 5, the width of the blade constituting the brackets is approximately -in the same ratio to the opening between the: two free branches thereof as in the first embodiment.
During the manufacture of the brackets, their dimensions will always be adapted to the section -of the objects. To be fixed, so that the protuberances exert a certain pressure on them.
The applications of -devices described are varied. For example, it is advantageously used for transporting oblong objects on closed cars, in particular for transporting skis on automobiles. To this end, two or more of these devices are grouped in line and the skis are stored therein as shown in section in the fis. 1 and 5.
To put the skis in place, it suffices to introduce them into the inclined position drawn in phantom (fis. 1) and: then press them to the bottom of the stirrup. The removal is done in a similar way, but: in reverse.
The branches of the brackets and brackets being elastic, they yield to the force exerted on it during the introduction or removal of objects.
These, once moored, can no longer wind: move, neither in the branch, nor lengthwise, the pressure exerted by the protuberances holding them in place.
The objects to be fixed by these devices can have any section. The fis. 4 shows, for example, the docking of an object with a round section.
We can see that the objects are placed and removed instantly from the devices, re presented. The attachment is so effective that straps or other ligatures are usually unnecessary.
It is obvious that the brackets which constitute the device according to the invention can have other shapes: than those shown in the drawing, without however departing from the framework of the present invention.
