Kraftbetrlebene Handwerkzeugmaschine.
Hand tool power level. Well-known hand machine tools be seated friction clutches, the clutch linings benfedern under constant, during the loading unalterable pressure of screw bear against each other. The maximum torque that can be transmitted by such a coupling depends not only on the size of this contact pressure but also on the size of the friction coefficient, which decreases with increasing relative speed between the parts of the coupling sliding against each other and is by far the greatest when the two parts are at rest.
In such machines, the release of the coupling (if, for example, the driven drill suddenly gets stuck when piercing the wall to be drilled through and encounters increased drilling resistance), whereby the coupling surfaces must be brought from the state of relative rest to the one sliding against one another, requires a particularly high peak torque.
This peak torque is expressed especially in the) portable hand-held power tools in such a way that the machine exerts a kickback corresponding to the torque peak on the hand of the worker holding it and thus applying the necessary counter-torque. As a result of this kickback, the machine very often slips away from the worker's hand or, if he grabs firmly and is not prepared for the kickback, throws him to the ground. For high and unsecured workplaces, e.g. B. on high-rise steel structures, this fact has already resulted in fatal falls.
For fear of such consequences, the worker becomes unsafe and no longer presses the machine properly, which significantly affects the work result.
This serious deficiency of the known hand machine tools is eliminated according to the invention by a spring-loaded multi-plate clutch installed between the motor and transmission and a connected between this clutch and the driven shaft, firmly connected to the clutch in the direction of rotation and on the shaft by a helical thread adjustable nut, the whole thing in such a way that the nut presses against the spring-loaded lamellar pressure plates of the lamellar clutch with ever increasing force as the torque increases.
With this arrangement, the above-mentioned setbacks cannot occur when the coupling halves resting against one another break loose, because at this moment the contact pressure of the lamellae has already decreased considerably compared to the initial pressure under the action of the nut.
The invention can also be implemented on machines that are set up for both left and right rotation.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically. The Maschinenge housing is only indicated in fragments at 1 and 2, specifically at the points where the motor shaft is supported in the housing. At 1, the hollow rotor axis 3 is mounted in the ball bearing 8. It carries the squirrel-cage rotor 4 of a three-phase motor that is stuck on it. In this hollow shaft 3, the driven solid shaft 18 is supported on the one hand by the plain bearing 6 and on the other hand by the ball bearing 5. The driven shaft is also mounted in the housing of the machine at 2 in the ball bearing 7 in the Ge.
With the hollow shaft 3, the clutch housing is firmly connected. It consists of the hollow cone part 9, which is closed by the cover-like part 10. The part 9 still has wing extensions 23 cast thereon so that it also acts as a fan.
With the part 9, the slats 11 are coupled at their outer edge in the direction of rotation. The lamellas 12 engage with their inner edge in a nut 13 in which they are longitudinally displaceable. The lamella pack is layered alternately from lamellae 11 and lamellae 12. It is pressed together by pressure plates 14 and 15 and springs 16 and 17, which are supported against the clutch housing 9, 10. The nut 13 engages in a multiple steep thread 19 which is provided on the driven shaft 18.
The way the clutch works is as follows: In the absence of a larger rotary resistance, ie z. B. during normal drilling, the torque of the rotor 4 is transmitted to the shaft 18 via the hollow shaft 3, the clutch housing 9, 10, the plates 11, the plates 12 and the nut 13. From this it is passed through indicated gears 20 to the actual tool spindle. The slope of the steep thread of 19 is dimensioned so that this transfer can only take place up to a certain maximum torque. After overstepping this torque, z. B. as a result of hooking the drill, the up to then with respect to the shaft 18 immobile nut 13 in the axial direction in Be movement, depending on whether the rotor is running around to the left or right, in one direction or the other.
During this movement, the nut finally lifts either the plate 14 or 15 against the force of the springs 16 or 17 from the disk pack and thus prevents any further transmission of torque. So that the non-lifted pressure plate cannot lag behind the lifted pressure plate, screws 21 are screwed into the coupling housing 9, 10, which grip with a shoulder 22 between the two pressure plates 14, 15 and act as a stop for their movement in the direction of the Serve counter plates.
