Compression refrigeration machine. In the case of low-output compression chillers, in which the refrigerant flows in a closed age, it is common to regulate the supply of refrigerant to the evaporator through a float valve or an expansion nozzle in order to bring about suitable evaporation. However, such a nozzle has the disadvantage that it only works reasonably for a certain ratio, but cannot automatically adapt to other conditions. It also becomes clogged easily. The float valve, however, can adapt to all conditions. It opens as soon as a certain amount of cooling medium is available and periodically lets it to the evaporator.
The disadvantage of the float valve is that it can occasionally get stuck.
There are known designs that are intended to remedy this drawback. For this purpose, float lifting devices are built that allow the float to be lifted during operation using a stuffing box and a spring, if it has become stuck. However, special devices are necessary for this. Furthermore, this work can only be carried out by a specialist, and ultimately it is inevitable that a certain amount of refrigerant will escape, which is very unpleasant.
It is also common in small refrigeration machines to connect a non-return valve between the evaporator and the compressor so that when the machine is at a standstill, the compressor pressure and the compressor heat cannot easily get into the evaporator, firstly because the evaporator very often cannot withstand the compressor pressure at all and secondly because it means that each is associated with a loss of cold.
This check valve also has the disadvantage that it occasionally becomes stuck and cannot be removed again without special equipment. Check valve and float valve are firmly verbun in today's designs with the compressor itself or the compressor housing, or some other supporting device. The defects mentioned can be remedied according to the invention in that the control element (e.g.
B. a float valve) for the supply of the refrigerant to the evaporator, as well as the check valve arranged between the evaporator and Kompres sor can be shaken between two movable pipes installed.
These pipes are expediently made thin-walled, and in such a length that they bezw a strong mobility of Rückschlagveritils. of the float valve. If the float valve body or the non-return valve body is now firmly seated, these organs can be put into operation again easily by shaking them. This is work that every housewife can do herself if necessary, following instructions.
The accompanying drawing illustrates in a schematic manner an example of the subject of the present invention bil Denden compression refrigeration machine of small power, in which machine the refrigerant flows in a closed circuit.
According to the drawing, a float valve 3 is arranged between your condenser 1 and the evaporator 2 in a customary manner, which regulates the supply of liquid cold to the evaporator 2. Furthermore, a check valve 5 is built into the pipeline between the latter and the compressor 4 in order to prevent the compressor pressure and the compressor heat from returning to the evaporator when the machine is at a standstill.
The float valve 3 and the check valve 5 are not simply attached between rigid pipes, but according to the invention between two thin-walled, highly elastic pipe loops 6, 7 respectively. 8, 9, so that the float valve 3 and the check valve 5 can be shaken slightly to remove jamming of the valve bodies of these organs.
Instead of the simple pipe grind 6, 7 respectively. 8, 9, the connecting lines in which the regulator elements 3, 5 are installed can be provided with one or more turns in the manner of a helical line or, under certain circumstances, the connecting lines can also be designed in a serpentine manner in the manner of a sinusoid.
To be on the transport event. To avoid damage zri, the float valve and the check valve can be easily detachably connected to the supporting frame or the compressor housing or the like. The connection is then expediently designed so that you can easily shake the float valve or the check valve after taking out a pin or a single screw, so that the valve body is loosened again in any case.
