Fastening arrangement on housings of apparatus such as relays, time switches and the like. The invention relates to a fastening arrangement on housings of apparatus, such as relays, timers and the like, which he men according to the invention consists of a bayonet connection between a frame attached to the housing and a board carrying the apparatus parts.
The bayonet connection can have two, too. have both sides of the frame before seen bayonet locks, each of which can consist of a right-angled slot of the board and an engaging in this, the hook-shaped tab of the frame. Preferably, on each side of the frame, at least one of the two bayonet locks is secured against self-loosening by a bolt. These bars can expediently consist of a leaf spring fastened to the frame and insertable between the ganten of the slot and the tab.
The bayonet connection intended for fastening the device to the housing has significant advantages over the previous screw connection. Apart from the fact that it is significantly simpler and therefore cheaper than that, it above all enables the device to be installed extremely quickly in the housing. In view of today's flow production, this is of great importance. Of course, the bayonet connection also allows the apparatus to be removed from the housing just as quickly, which is very desirable when checking or re-adjusting any parts of the already assembled apparatus on site. Furthermore, their space requirements are extremely small.
Their use is therefore of particular importance in such devices in which the available housing space has already been largely used. It should also be mentioned that it is not necessary to use any auxiliary tools for releasing and closing the bayonet connection.
In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown.
The front plate 3, which is connected to the back plate 1 and carries the individual apparatus elements 2, has two right-angled slots 4, 5, respectively, on both sides. 4 ', 5', in each of which a hook-shaped tab 6, 7, 6 ', 7' of a U-shaped sheet metal frame 8 engages. The sheet metal frame 8, which is fastened to the lower part of the housing (not shown) by means of screws or rivets passed through the bores 9, carries on both sides a leaf spring 12, 12 'which is provided with a crank 10 and rotates about a pin 11.
As can be seen from the drawing, the bayonet connection is secured against self-loosening by the leaf springs 12, 12 ', which lie with their cranks 10 between the edges of the slot 5, 5' and the tab 7, 7 '. For the purpose of releasing the bayonet connection, the two leaf springs 12, 12 'are first raised slightly, whereby their cranks 10 are lifted out of the space formed by the edges of the slot 5, 5' and the tab 7, 7 '.
After resting the crankings 10 of the springs 12, 12 'on the surfaces of the tabs 7, 7', the board 3 is moved in the direction indicated by the arrow, whereby it can be removed with its apparatus elements 2 from the sheet metal frame 8 and thus removed from the lower housing part . When inserting the device into the housing, the process is repeated in the opposite way than before.
