Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 184844. Hermetisch verschliessbare Kochdose. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine wei tere Ausbildung der hermetisch verschliess baren Kochdose nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes. Nach der Erfindung ist der äussere Deckel des Doppeldeckels in seinem :Mittelpunkt drehbar an einem an der Dose an gelenkten Scharnierarm angeordnet, so dass der Doppeldeckel aufgeklappt und voll ständig heruntergeklappt werden kann.
Da bei ist zweckmässig der Drehbereich des äu ssern Deckels mittels Anschlägen auf unge fähr den zum Schliessen erforderlichen Dreh winkel beschränkt und der eine Anschlag fixiert insbesondere die Einstellung des Dek- kels zum Auf- und Zuklappen, bei welcher die Umbördelungen, des Deckelrandes in die Ausschnitte des D'osenflansch@es eingreifen müssen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen senkrechten Schnitt der Dose nach der Linie A-A <I>in</I> Fig. 2 mit strichpunktiert angedeuteter herunterge klappter Stellung des Deckels; Fig. 2 zeigt die Draufsicht auf den Deckel; Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der Dose.
Bei der im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Ausführung sind der äussere Deckel e und der innere mit der Dichtung d versehene Deckel c mittels kreisbogenförmigen Schlit zen g im äussern Deckel und diese durchdrin genden und übergreifenden Sperrmitteln h gegeneinander verdrehbar miteinander ge kuppelt. Nach dem Cffnen der Dose muss der Doppeldeckel weggelegt werden. Dies soll gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung ver mieden werden.
Zu diesem Zwecke ist an der Dose a mittels eines Scharniers m ein Arm. n aasgelenkt, der sich über den Deckel legen und an der Seite der Dose vollständig her abklappen lässt. Mittels eines Zapfens o ist der äussere Deckel e in seinem Mittelpunkt mit dem Scharnierarm n drehbar verbunden. Der Drehbereich des Deckels ist durch An schläge begrenzt.
Wird der Deckel so ein- gestellt, dass der Anschlag p, der mit dem äussern Deckel fest verbunden ist, an der Sei tenkante des Scharnierarmes n anstösst, so be finden sich die Umbördelungen f am Rande des Deckels in den Ausschnitten b' des Do senflansches b, und der Deckel kann auf- bezw. zugeklappt werden, wie die Fig. 2 zeigt.
Nach dem Zuklappen des Deckels er folgt das Anpressen des Dichtungsdeckels c durch eine Drehung des äussern Deckels e um seinen Drehzapfen o in der in Fig. 2 ange deuteten Pfeilrichtung. Der Drehwinkel, der hierbei erforderlich ist, um den nötigen An zug des äussern Deckels an die Flanschstücke b der Dose mittels den ansteigenden Umbör- delungen f zu bewirken, ist nicht gross.
Eine übermässig grosse Verdrehung im gleichen Sinne bei geöffnetem- Deckel wird dadurch verhindert, dass der Drehgriff i mit seiner Befestigungsstelle il an der dem Anschlag p gegenüberliegenden Kante des Scharnier armes n anstösst.
Der äussere Deckel e wird demnach durch die Anschläge i' und<I>p</I> immer in einer Drehlage zwischen der Offen- und Schliessstellung gehalten, und es ist insbeson dere beim Zuklappen des Deckels nur eine kleine Rückwärtsdrehung des äussern Deckels erforderlich, um den Anschlag p gegen den Scharnierarm n zu stossen, falls sich der Deckel während des Offenhaltens verdreht haben sollte.
