Description

Armature with collector for electrical machines. The invention relates to a. Armature with collector for electrical machines. This has a pressed by the collector on the winding head, this covering cap made of insulating material with a number of holes corresponding to the Kol lektorlamellenzummer, through which the anchor conductors are carried out, which conductors on the inside of the cap from the holes to their entry into the Winding head are surrounded by a flexible insulating tube,

the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the holes in the cap.

In the following, an embodiment of the invention is explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing.

The twisted, pressed or other method made of insulating material cap C is cut out on one side so that it partially or completely covers the wires of the winding head. From the other side it is pressed against the winding head by the collector so that its wires are held together firmly. The connections between the coil ends and the collector are brought out through holes L, which are the same number as the collector lamellae.

The assembly of the cap is carried out in such a way that the armature conductors are initially pushed through the holes L of the cap C in the circuit sequence without removing the insulation. The holes L are dimensioned so that the connecting wires can easily pass through, the insulating sleeves S, which are pushed onto the coil ends,

however, when the cap is pushed forward, the inner edges of the holes L are pushed back and jam in the space B left. From their exit from the winding head right up to the inner edge of the holes L, the connecting wires are isolated from one another by flexible tubes made of insulating material, and from there by the solid cap material.

The cap is pressed firmly against the end winding by the collector, so that a compact mass is created. The one from the holes L to the front. The protruding connecting wires are continued parallel to the axis up to the lamellas. The space Z, between the cap and the lamellae, can be filled up to the edge of the lamellae with appropriate material.
