Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoifes.       Es     wurde        gefunden,        dass    man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man 1     Mol    3',3"  Diaminodiben.zoyl -1,3     -diamino-    8-     oxynaph-          thalin-6-sulfonsäure    mit 1     Mol        diazotiertem     Anilin vereinigt.

   Der so erhaltene     Farbstoff     bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Was  ser mit blauroter Farbe löst und Baumwolle  in blauroten Tönen färbt, die durch     Weiter-          diazotieren    auf der Faser und Entwickeln  mit     ss-Naphthol    intensiv rot werden.  



       Beispiel:     93 Teile     Anilin    werden in üblicher     Weise          diazotiert.    Die mit verdünnter Natrium  karbonatlösung neutralisierte     Diazolösung     wird in eine kalte Lösung aus     520    Teilen  3',     3"-Diaminodibenzoyl-1,31-,diamino-        8-oxy-          naphtha.lin-6-sulfonsäure,

      15 Teilen Natrium-         karbonat    und 500 Teilen     Wassereingerührt-          Nach        beendeter    Kupplung wird der Farbstoff       abfiltriert    und     getrocknet.  



  Process for the production of a new azo dye. It has been found that a new azo dye is obtained if 1 mol of 3 ', 3 "Diaminodiben.zoyl -1,3 -diamino-8-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid is combined with 1 mol of diazotized aniline.

   The dye thus obtained forms a dark powder which dissolves in water with a bluish-red color and dyes cotton in bluish-red tones which become intensely red when the fibers are further diazotized and developed with ss-naphthol.



       Example: 93 parts of aniline are diazotized in the usual way. The diazo solution neutralized with dilute sodium carbonate solution is poured into a cold solution of 520 parts of 3 ', 3 "-diaminodibenzoyl-1,31-, diamino-8-oxynaphtha.lin-6-sulfonic acid,

      15 parts of sodium carbonate and 500 parts of water are stirred in. After the coupling has ended, the dye is filtered off and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 3',3"-Diamino,dibenzoyl-1,3-di- amino-,8; Claim: Process for the preparation of a new azo dye, characterized in that 1 mol of 3 ', 3 "-diamino, dibenzoyl-1,3-di-amino-, 8; -oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure mit 1 Mol diazotiertem Anilin vereinigt.
