Halte- und Ausstossvorrichtung für gepresste Wattepfropfen. Es ist bekannt, zwecks Einführens grö sserer Wattemengen in Höhlungen des mensch lichen Körpers diese unter hohem Druck in kleine Pfropfenform zu pressen und in einer Hülse aufzubewahren, welche gleichzeitig eine Ausstossvorrichtung in Form einer in dieser Haltehülse verschiebbaren zweiten Hülse be sitzt, welche betätigt wird, sobald der den Wattepfropfen enthaltende äussere Hülsenteil in die betreffende Höhlung eingeführt wor den ist.
Stark zusammengepresste Wattepfropfen haben das Bestreben, sich wieder auszudehnen und üben folglich einen Druck auf die Wan dung der Aufbewahrungshülse aus, welcher dein Ausstossen des Wattepfropfens einen Widerstand entgegensetzt. Die bisher be kannten einfachen ;und nicht eigens hierfür geformten Haltehülsen hatten den Nachteil, dass sie schlecht in der Hand zu halten waren und zufolge des Druckes, der beim Ausstossen des Wattepfropfens benötigt wird, den hal tenden Fingern manchmal entglitten und da durch Verletzungen verursachten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine Halte- und Ausstossvorrichtung für ge presste Wattepfropfen, welche Mittel aufweist, die ein Ausderhandgleiten derselben beim Einstossen des Wattepfropfens in eine Höh lung des menschlichen Körpers verhindern und ein leichtes Ausstossen des Wattepfropfens aus der Haltehülse ermöglichen, wodurch ein sicheres, Verletzungen vermeidendes Einfüh ren des Wattepfropfens erreicht wird.
Zweck mässig besitzt die zur Aufnahme des gepress ten Wattepfropfens bestimmte äussere Hülse der Halte- und Ausstossvorrichtung für ge presste Wattepfropfen nach vorliegender Er findung eingeformtes Längsprofil in der Weise, dass die eine Hälfte dieser Hülse, an der man diese beim Ausstossen des Wattepfrop- fens hält, auf bestimmte Länge im Durch messer kleiner ist als die andere Hälfte, oder Erhöhungen und Vertiefungen aufweist, oder mit einem rauhen Belag überzogen ist, oder zweckmässig am Ende eine Umbördelung nach aussen aufweist, was den haltenden Fingern gegen ein Verschieben oder Ausgleiten Wider- stand bietet,
während die andere tülsenhäli¯te, welche die Watte aufnimmt, gegen das Aus stossende hin leicht konisch erweitert ist, was ein reibungsloses Ausstossen des gepressten Wattepfropfens gewährleistet.
Die Zeichnung zeigt drei verschiedene Beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die erste Ausführungs art schaubildlich und in Draufsicht, mit teil weise ausgestossenem Wattepfropfen 1. Es ist 2 die Haltehülse, welche einerseits zur Aufnahme der Ausstosshülse 4, anderseits des Wattepfropfens 1 dient. Durch Einschieben der Ausstosshülse 4 in die Haltehülse Z wird der Wattepfropfen 1 aus der Haltehülse 2 ausgestossen, wie durch die in Fig. 1 darge stellte Handbewegung veranschaulicht ist.
Die Haltehülse 2 ist an ihrem hintern, der Ausstosshülse 4 zugekehrten Ende durch Um- bördelung mit einem vorstehenden Wulst 3 versehen. Dieser Wulst 3 dient den die Halte hülse 2 haltenden Fingern als Widerhalt ge gen ein Entgleiten zufolge des Verschiebungs druckes, welcher beim Einschieben der Aus stosshülse 4 auf die Haltehülse 2 ausgeübt wird. 5 ist ein am Wattepfropfen und zwar an seinem nach innen gerichteten Ende an genähter Faden, welcher dazu dient, den nach dem oben beschriebenen Vorgang in eine Höhlung des menschlichen Körpers ein geführten Wattepfropfen aus derselben leicht wieder entfernen zu können.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt dieselbe Ausführungsart in grösserem Massatabe noch unbenützt; Die Fig. 3- zeigt die zweite Ausführung in Draufsicht und unbenützt mit anders ge formter Haltehülse 2, deren die Ausstosshülse 4 aufnehmende Hälfte 2' gegenüber der vor- dern Hälfte abgesetzt ist, das heisst einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als der ver bleibende hintere Rand 6 und die entgegen gesetzte, den Wattepfropfen 1 bergende Hälfte 2".
Die Haltehülse 2 wird zwecks Ausstossens des Wattepfropfens 1 im Bereich der ver jüngten Partie 2' gehalten, wodurch sie sich in ihrer Längsrichtung nicht verschieben kann zufolge der erhöhten Partie 6, welche den haltenden Fingern Anschlag bietet.
Die Vig. 4 zeigt in gleicher Darstellung eine dritte Ausführungsart, bei welcher die Haltehülse 2 so geformt ist, dass die den Wattepfropfen 1 aufnehmende Hälfte 2" nach aussen konisch erweitert ist, was ein reibungs loseres Ausstossen des Wattepfropfens erlaubt, während die andere, den Anfassteil bildende Hälfte 2' der Haltehülse 2 -wenigstens auf dem grössten Teil ihrer Länge mit einem rauhen Belag 7 versehen ist, welcher ein Ent gleiten der Hülse aus den haltenden Fingern erschwert.
Es sind auch noch weitere, ein Ausder- handgleitender Haltehülse verhindernde Form gebungen der Haltehülse, speziell der die Aus stosshülse aufnehmenden hintern Hälfte mög lich, zumBeispieldurchRiffelungdieserPartie, durch Einkerbungen oder durch Erhöhungen oder Vertiefungen, die nicht aus dem Mate rial der Hülse selbst, sondern durch aufge zogene Wulste oder Ringe gebildet werden.
