Tragbarer Kinematographenapparat.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Apparat mit weggenom menen Deckeln und auf einen zugehörigen Sockel aufgesetzt in Ansicht von der einen Seite, Fig. 2 von einer Stirnseite und Fig. 3 von der andern Seite;
Fig. 4 zeigt in kleinerem Massstab eine perspektivische Ansicht des Apparates; Fig. 5 zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht des Apparatgerüstes; die Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen erstere in Draufsicht und letztere in perspektivischer Ansicht grö sseren Massstabes ein Teilstück von Fig. 5; Fig. 8 zeigt einen Schnitt nach Linie 8-8 in Fig. 6;
Portable cinematograph apparatus. The present invention relates to a portable cinematograph apparatus, specifically of the small cinema type, and relates to the creation of an improved combination apparatus which can be used either as a recording apparatus or as a projection apparatus as desired.
The cinematograph apparatus according to the invention has a camera with a film window and an associated shutter and means for passing a light-sensitive film in front of the window for cinematographic recording, a projection part with a window and an associated shutter, and means for passing a positive film this window for projecting cinematographic images and a common drive device to simultaneously set the shutter and film advance directions .der the camera and the projection part in motion.
The camera and the projection parts are expediently arranged on both sides of the common drive device, the film drive rollers for advancing the film through the camera and projection windows being attached to an intermittently driven shaft while the camera and projection shutter are open another are continuously attached to driven shaft.
The common drive device can be arranged between two planar plates mounted at a distance from one another, one of which carries the camera and the other the projection part of the apparatus.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing Darge.
Fig. 1 shows the apparatus with removed covers and placed on an associated base in a view from one side, Fig. 2 from an end face and Fig. 3 from the other side;
Fig. 4 shows, on a smaller scale, a perspective view of the apparatus; Fig. 5 shows a schematic plan view of the apparatus frame; 6 and 7 show the former in a plan view and the latter in a perspective view of a larger scale, a portion of FIG. 5; Fig. 8 shows a section along line 8-8 in Fig. 6;
FIG. 9 shows a side view of parts shown in FIG.
The moving parts of the apparatus shown are housed in a frame (Fig. 5), which has two fixedly mounted plates 11, 11 at a distance from each other, which serve as a carrier for the axes of an ordinary drive gear 12 housed in between.
13 is the usual spring drum of the walking frame, which is held on one side by means of a bearing support 14, so that there is space for an axis 15 for moving the recording coil of a so-called daylight loader 16 (Fig. 1) on the recording or camera side of the frame , wherein a gear mechanism 13, 17, 18, 19 is provided for connecting this axis to the spring drum 13. A disc 20, through which the movement on a take-up spool 21 (Fig. 3) is transmitted by means of an endless spring drive 22 on the projection side of the frame, rotates together with a gear wheel 23 which is in direct engagement with the spring drum 13.
In addition to driving the axle 15 and the disk 20, the spring drum 13 also drives via gears 17, 18; 24, 25 and 26 an axle 27 on which a two-bolt drive element 28 and an actuator 29 of a Geneva cross gear 34 are attached.
In operation, a Bol zen of the drive member 28 enters a slot of the corresponding driven member 33 and causes simultaneously with the resulting rotation.-the spindle 30 that a tip of the adjusting wheel 34 in the cutout of the adjusting member 29 occurs until the Bolt of the drive element 2, 8, leaves the slot in the corresponding driven element 33, so that the control element and the setting wheel cooperate again in order to prevent the axis 30 from rotating.
The axis 2 7 is connected to a further axis 37 through the intermediary of a gear 26 fixed on the axis 27, an intermediate gear 35 loose on the axis 30 and a gear 36 fixed on the axis 37, the latter having the locks 38 and 39 of the recording and projection optics, as well as a stop member 40 carries.
To regulate the speed of the mechanism, a disk 43 is attached to an axle 41, one end of which is mounted in one plate 11 and the other end in a recess on the outer surface of a central elevation of a trough-like part 42 riveted to the other plate 11 on which two pivotally attached arms 44 are mounted, which are drawn together by springs 45 and carry weights 46 at their free ends, these latter parts being supported by the trough-shaped part 42 and the disc 43,
who wears them are included. On the axis 41 is also a gear 47 fixed, which meshes with a larger gear 48 on the axis 27, so that the axis 41 is driven at high speed Ge. When the speed increases during operation, the arms 44 move outwards against the springs 45, so that their flywheel effect increases accordingly.
Normally, the weight rollers 46 of the arms 44 are from the inner circumferential surface of the part 42, but still have the roller shape so that there is as little friction as possible if they apply to the inner circumference of the part 42 when the device is driven excessively quickly should.
In order to be able to drive the apparatus by hand, the axis of the toothed wheel 17 has an extension at one end to put on a removable handle 48a, which is held out of use by a spring clip 48b and means are provided to the spring drum 13 to be able to turn by means of the handle.
With the exception of manual operation, a pawl 49 (FIG. 9), which is mounted on one side plate 11 together with a hand lever 50 so that it can pivot about a common axis, engages in a ratchet wheel 51 fastened on the spring drum 13. The hand lever 50 carries at one end a spring-influenced piston 52 and in its middle part a .Stift 53 which cooperates with the pawl 49 in order to limit the movement of the latter under the influence of the spring 54.
For manual operation, the piston 52 is pulled out of an opening in the side plate 11 and the lever 50 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the pawl 49 being disengaged from the ratchet wheel 51, after which the spring piston in another opening of the plate 11 snaps into place so that the pawl 49 is held in the raised position.
The frame is mounted in the middle part 55 of a three-part sheet metal housing 55, 56 and 57, which protrudes on one side over the one plate 11, namely on the receiving side of the frame, while on the other side it is flush with the plate 11 completes; In this case, the outer parts 56 and 57 of the housing have the shape of covers. The plates 11 have lateral approaches 58 for attaching the lenses of the recording and projection optics 59 and 60.
The lens 59 remains permanently in place and the central part 55 of the housing is provided with an opening for receiving the same. The lens 60, on the other hand, is removably mounted on the associated extension 58 and can only be placed on the same when the cover 56 is removed. A spring clamp 61 on the plate 11 serves to accommodate the lens 60 when the device is not used for projection. To cover the closures 38 and 39, not ge signed covers can be provided.
A winding crank 65 is provided behind a lamp housing 64 on the projection side of the framework (FIG. 3). To regulate the movement of the common drive 12, the above-mentioned stop 40 works on the locking axis 37 when the device is out of use with the upper end of a spring-controlled lever 66 (FIGS. 2, 3 and 7),
which can be removed from the stop 40 for recording purposes by means of a button 67 (FIGS. 3 and 4) and can be brought at a distance from the stop 40 for projection purposes by rotating a cam 68 approximately by 90 ' by means of a lever 69 (FIGS. 2 and 3) which is fastened on the axis of this cam part 68.
At the upper part of the plate 11, a support 70 is pivotably mounted on the projection side for receiving a spool 71 which contains a film to be projected and at the lower end of said plate 11 is pivotable a support 72 for the already mentioned spool 21 for recording of the film stored.
Wing screws 73 and 74 are used for. Holding the roller supports either for use in their unfolded position or when not in use in their folded down Stel development in which they lie within the boundaries of the housing parts 55 and 56. The support 70 has a handle 75 for rewinding the films after projecting.
If, for projection, the apparatus with the cover 56 and the lens 60 inserted is placed on a base containing the usual electrical regulating resistor for the lamp inserted in the lamp housing 64 (not shown), one of the two connecting cords, 77, is used > for connection to the power supply line (not shown) and the other, 78, for connecting the base to the lamp housing 64.
For the purpose of firmly connecting the apparatus to the base 76, one is made from the front part of the base 76. the rearwardly extending tongue 79 is inserted into a forwardly directed opening in the bottom of the central part 55 of the housing and a latch 80 on the rear part of the base 76 is pivoted upward so that it engages a pin 81, the Back of the housing part 55 depends.
On its underside, the base has arms 82 which protrude sideways and are provided with feet 83 at their outer ends.
The central part 55 of the housing contains a .Sucher 84, which is used after housing the frame in the housing.
