Bezweckt wird nun mit der vorliegenden Erfindung, auch die Draufreihen einer auf gestossenen Warenanfangskanute von Ränder ware maschengerecht abtrennen zu können. Erreicht wird das gesteckte Ziel dadurch, dass bei der lHerstellung der Rändergtücke erfindungsgemäss die Draufreihen der aufzu stossenden Anfangsreilie unter Vermittlung einer nur aus den Maschen einer Waren- näche bestehenden Trenureihe an die An- fa,ngskante der Ränderstücke angearbeitet;
Process for the production of edge pieces consisting of edge pieces. The pushing of knitted fabric onto the needles of a knitting line, Aufstossvorrich device or linking machine, as is well known, presupposes the presence of rows on top of the Aufstoss row, which the latter, if it is not a wild, pushing open, are separated by loosening after the opening. In view of the fact that marginal goods do not appear from the starting edge of the goods, that is the edge that comes out of the machine from the two transverse edges first during the production of goods, it has thus far been impossible to open marginal goods at the starting edge in this way.
For example, in the case of stockings made of edged goods, there is a need to design the edge as a double edge, in particular because of the inclusion of a rubber ring, in which case next to the end of the goods, the rows of which are easily visible , even the beginning of the goods chew on the needles of the Mazehine working on the stocking length, must be pushed. The top rows of this starting edge then remain, if they cannot be removed by cutting them off, at the attachment point, which has always been felt to be disadvantageous because it gives the stocking an inferior appearance.
The aim of the present invention is also to be able to separate the top rows of an abutted product start canoe from the edges of the goods in a mesh-compatible manner. The goal set is achieved by the fact that in the production of the edge pieces, according to the invention, the top rows of the starter pieces to be butted are worked onto the starting edge of the edge pieces with the mediation of a row of strips consisting only of the meshes of one fabric.
are, so that after the muzzle edge is pushed onto the needles, for example of a knitting machine, by pulling out the separating strip, the rows on top fall off.
In order to make it easier for noGli to open up such edge mosses, namely directly at the starting edge, it is advisable to work the handle on the needles of just one needle line into stitches.
For the purpose of subdividing Rän derware in the transverse direction one uses, as is well known, since yehler such separating rows. Since then, however, they have only been used to be able to separate edge pieces continuously produced in the form of a strip on the edge roll line after removing the edge piece tape from the machine. In contrast, it is important in the present invention to use a solehe separating row for separating top rows on the thickened edge to be chewed to begin with, which overheads are required to open this edge.
Since the top rows in the present invention are connected to the starting edge of the border pieces by means of a separating line that is known to be known, it is only possible to open up marginal goods at the starting edge, in which case the top rows can be properly removed.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows several stocking edge pieces, which are joined together in the form of a band, made of roughage produced on the flat edge machine, and FIG. 2 shows, on a greatly enlarged scale, the mesh pattern of a part of the junction of two adjacent edge pieces. In both cases, the goods are shown as they come from the machine, that is, with the starting edge, the individual edge pieces, turned downwards.
In contrast to such edge pieces produced in band form on the Rändermasolline, in which the separation of the band into the individual edge pieces takes place by cutting the goods, the illustrated example of the band is an edge equipped at the separation points with a well-known separation row 1 piece tape. By pulling out these rows 1, the individual edge pieces 2 became independent of one another in a simple manner. In order to be able to produce double edges with these edge pieces 9, the same are equipped at the end edge in a manner known per se with a lye 3, over which the open-top freies 4 are located.
On the other hand, at the initial row, the end pieces 2 are permitted with a row of stitches 5, which consists exclusively of the stitches of a fabric surface. This row of stitches 5 represents the burst row of the beginning edge, like the long row 3 that of the end edge, and is particularly strong in Fig. 1 for better identification. By means of a dividing row 6, which corresponds to the dividing line 1, the top rows 7 of the starting edge are hooked into this opening row 5, which is scehraffiert shown in Fig. 1, so that after the opening of the same on their opening groove 5 by pulling out the separating row 6, the top grooves 7 fall off .
In a manner known per se, a pearl trap row 8 is placed in front of the separating grooves 1, 6, which prevents the formation of running stitches from the single-surface separating groove after the double-surface wax.
The production of a selellen edge piece tape takes place at the connection Aellen of two edge pieces 2 as follows: In front of the end edge of each edge piece 2, the double-surface goods - the usual long row 3 are worked on, to which the top rows are 4 connect. Then the pearl catch row 8 and then another, top groove 9 is created.
Now comes the separating row 1 which is used to separate the edge pieces 2 and is worked in a known manner with a special smooth thread, as usual, on the two needles and finally knocked off the chair needles , so that the separating row 1 only ordered stitches formed on the machine needles.
As a result, the masks of the pearl trap row 8 hanging on the chair needles also become free in a known manner and assume the position shown in FIG. After completion of the separating groove 1 , the top rows 7 begin for the starting edge of the next edge piece 2, which top rows 7 also end with a pearl row 8 and a subsequent smooth row 10 at the Then the separator 6 closes again.
The preparation of the separating row 6 is carried out like that of the drawing row 1 with the same effect on the preceding pearl row 8. The bulging row 5 is then worked on this separating row 6, which at the same time forms the initial chew of this edge piece 2. This bursting row 5 is created in the same way as in the case of the separating rows 1, 6, namely by working out a thread on both rows of needles and finally breaking off the stitches hanging on the chair needles, so that this bursting row 5 is also represented as one-area. The goods of the relevant edge piece 2 are then produced.
Since the opening row 5 only has half the length of a circular edging row, when opening it, only one stitch of this row has to be opened on every second needle, for example the opening comb, or every stitch becomes two Needles hanged.
It is the same for the present invention whether an edge piece for stocking edges or an edge article for other purposes is equipped with separable top rows 7 in the manner indicated.
The pushing up of the edge pieces at the starting edge could of course be carried out in the row following the latter, which for this purpose is formed as a long row. In this case, there is no need to attach the push-up tape 5.
The subject of the invention can of course be used, even when producing rough pieces on the round-edging machine.
