Description

  

      Fuss-Schalter    für     Kleinmotoren.       Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung  bildet     ein        Fussschalter    für     Kleinmotoren,    bei  welchem in     einem    schalenartigen Gehäuse       eine        unter        Federwirkung    stehende und mit  dem     Fuss    zu     betätigende        Stromschliess-          Einrichtung    vorgesehen ist und     die    Strom  leiter durch     eine        Öffnung    im Gehäuse zu 

   der     Stromschliess,-Einrichtung    geführt     sind.     



       Das        sähalenartige        Gehäuse    kann in be  quemer Nähe des     Fusses    auf den Boden ge  legt werden, so dass der Arbeiter den Schal  ter betätigen     kann    ohne den     Standort    ändern  zu müssen.  



       In    der     beiliegenden    Zeichnung     ist    ein       Ausführungsbeispiel    des     Erfindungsgegen-          standes        schematisch    dargestellt.

   Es     zeigt          Fig.1    einen-     Teil        des    Schalters im     Quer-          schnitt,          Fig.    2     und    3     sind        Schnitte    nach den  Linien     II-11    und     III        III    der     Fig.1;

            Fig.4        zeigt    die     Anordnung    des Schal  ters bei     Verwendung    desselben mit einer       Nähmaschine.       Der gezeichnete Schalter weist     eine     Haube 1 von schalenartiger     Form    aus Stahl  blech,     Alum;

  niumguss,    usw. auf.     In.-        einer          Bohrung    2 der Haube 1 sitzt eine Muffe 3,       die        mittels        einer        Mutter    4 an der Haube be  festigt     ist.        In    der Büchse 3 sitzt     ein    unter  der Wirkung     einer    Feder 5 stehender  Drücker 6 aus elektrisch     isolierendem    Mate  rial.

   Am untern Ende des     Drückers    6, sitzt  ein     Metallstück    7, das die     metallischen    La  mellen 8, 9 leitend miteinander     verbinden          kann.    Die Lamellen 8, 9 sitzen     mittels    Me  tallbüchsen 10     m    einem aus elektrisch isolie  rendem Material     'bestehenden        Halter    11, der       mittels        Gewindebüchse    12 mit der Muffe 3  lösbar verbunden     ist.    Die Büchsen 10 sind  mit den     Leitern    14, 15 leitend verbunden.

    Diese Drähte 14, 15     sind    in einem Schutz  schlauch 16 angeordnet, der durch eine in  der Haube 1 befestigte Büchse 17 zur Steck  dose 18 und zum Motor 19 führt. -Durch  Druck auf ,den     Drücker    6 wird der Strom  kreis über die Lamellen 8, 9 geschlossen, der  Motor 19     wird        eingeschaltet.    Sobald der      Drücker 6     freigegeben.        wird,    stellt der     No-          tor    ab. Die     Abmessungen    sind so     gewählt,     dass der Kontakt 6 mit dem Fuss leicht     und     dauernd gedrückt werden kann, ohne dass  der Fuss ermüdet.

    These wires 14, 15 are arranged in a protective hose 16 which leads through a bushing 17 fixed in the hood 1 to the socket 18 and to the motor 19. -By pressing the pusher 6, the circuit is closed over the slats 8, 9, the motor 19 is switched on. As soon as the trigger 6 is released. the notor turns off. The dimensions are chosen so that the contact 6 can be pressed easily and continuously with the foot without the foot becoming tired.
