Anlasser für Elektromotoren.
EMI1.1
Fig. l ist eine Draufsicht.

Starter for electric motors.
EMI1.1
The essence of the invention! : consists in that sliding pieces are provided on the switching lever arms closing the regulating resistors, which slide over the backs of correspondingly arranged lever switches and press them into the contacts against the action of springs.
EMI1.2
there is also the certainty that the momentary switch cannot switch off as long as the lever arm is on resistance contact buttons.
The further embodiment of the invention relates to the special tiltable arrangement of the sliders in order to achieve the instantaneous switch-off even when the shift lever is turned back.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment for three-phase motors. Fig. 1 is a plan view. Figure 2 is a side view of part of the lever arm viewed in the direction A-B. 3 shows a section through the lever arm according to A-B in the position when the momentary switch is switched on. 4 shows the same section with the lever in the rotated position with the momentary switch turned off.
EMI1.3
Now insulated sliding jaws are attached to the arms of the shift lever 2, so they press the contact blades into the spring contacts while the arms are still sliding over the empty contacts 5 shown in the drawing as empty circles, thereby connecting the motor stator to the network.
As long as the sliding jaws slide over the contact blades, they press the latter securely into the spring contacts.
If the switching lever is turned further in the same direction after the short-circuit contact has been reached, until the subsequent empty contact button is reached. so the slider leaves the end of the contact knife. this snaps up under the action of the spring 6 and causes the sudden abstinence from it

is only permitted in one sense.

mounted tiltable about an isolated inserted axis 16 in a corresponding section of the arm 2 and is pressed by a spring 16 into the position shown in FIG. 4, in which one leg points downwards and the other horizontally against the contact blade. If the switching lever is now rotated in the direction of the arrow, the leg that is positioned downwards strikes against the shoulder 17 of the contact blade.
As a result, the elbow M is rotated and reaches the position shown in FIG. 3 and presses the contact blade into the spring contacts. The elbow remains in this position. As long as it slides over the back of the knife. When the switching lever is turned back against the direction of the arrow, one leg leaves the shoulder 17 again, the end of the back of the knife only presses upwards against the other leg and under this pressure and the action of the spring 16, the slider tilts back into the position shown in 4 position shown, enabling the contact blade to snap up quickly.
It goes without saying that the arrangement described is not restricted to the illustrated example of a three-phase starter. For example, the arrangement can be carried out with only one rotatable lever arm for the starter of a direct current or single-phase motor. In this case the knife switch can be built with two poles with two parallel contact knives.
Instead of knife switches, the instantaneous movement can also be applied analogously to oil switches and the like.
