IV-IV, bezw. V-V der Fig. 1, bezw. Fig. 2, Fig. 6 die zweite Ausführungsform in Seitenansicht, zum Teil im Schnitt, Fig. 7 einen Grundriss,
Fig. 8-10 Schnitte nach den Linien VIII-VIII, IX-IX, bezw.
Device for carrying out shoe repairs as well as for tensioning and stretching shoes. The present invention relates to a device for carrying out shoe repairs and for tensioning and stretching shoes.
In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows the first exemplary embodiment in longitudinal section, FIG. 2 shows a plan for this, FIGS. 3-5 sections along the lines III-III, respectively. IV-IV, respectively. V-V of Fig. 1, respectively. FIG. 2, FIG. 6 the second embodiment in side view, partly in section, FIG. 7 a plan view,
Fig. 8-10 sections along the lines VIII-VIII, IX-IX, respectively. X-X of Figures 6, 11 a detail.
The first embodiment according to FIGS. 1-5 has a middle part 1 which has a guide 2 for a slide 3. Furthermore, on the middle part 1 pierced sets 4 are provided. In the latter, pins 5 protrude from side parts 6. On each longitudinal side of the central part 1 such a Be tteil 6 is arranged. A screw 9 is guided through a protruding projection 8, the foot of which rests against the central part 1. By turning the screw 9, each side part can be moved away from the middle part 1. A curved wooden shape 10 adapted to the shape of the upper leather is plugged onto your slide 3 by means of pegs. The middle part 1 is provided with two tabs 12. A heel part 14 is displaceably guided between the same.
A nut 16 is rotatably mounted in a plate 15 of the latter. The screw spindle 17 passed through the nut 16 engages the slide 3. Middle part 1 and side parts 6 together form a more or less interrupted plate, the width of which can be changed by moving the side parts 6.
By turning the spindle 17, the heel part 14 moves backwards, while the wooden mold 10 lies snugly under the upper leather of the shoe front part. As a result, the shoe is stretched in length and at the same time in height, respectively. so expanded. In order to get an uninterrupted surface on the front part of the power supply (for example when nailing not agile), an appropriately large plate by means of pins or the like (not shown in the drawing) is attached to the middle and side parts.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 6-11 has a guide ruler 20 which is rotatably mounted in a workbench by means of a pin 21. The ruler is slit and threaded from both ends to near the center. In each of the two slots 22, 22 'is a stand 23 respectively. 23 'slidably guided. A slide 24, which has two pins 25, is arranged in the grooves of the stand 23. A front part 26 is attached to the latter. The carriage 24 also has a downwardly extending, threaded pin 28 on wel chem a nut 29 sits. When the nut 29 is rotated, the slide moves in the vertical direction in the stand 23.
The carriage 24 'and the parts 28, 29 are also arranged in the stand 23' in an analogous manner. The carriage 24 'is expanded at the top to form a plate 30 and provided with a pin 31. A Fer senteil 32 is attached to the latter. The height of the heel part 32 can also be adjusted by means of the nut 29.
Each stand 23, 23 'has a slot 22 BEZW. 22 'lying approach 34. The extension 34 has a nose 35 on which a rotatable disk 36 rests. The latter is provided with a thread that corresponds to the thread on the ruler 20. In the extension 34 there is also a pin 3 7, which is only inserted after the disk 36 has been applied.
By rotating the discs 36, the strip parts 26 and 32 can bezw against each other. adjusted from each other and thus the shoe can be stretched. The last parts 26 and 32 can easily be removed and replaced with others that match the shoe to be processed.
All or only individual parts can be made of wood, metal, etc.
Instead of the front part 26, the front part consisting of parts 1-10 (FIGS. 1-5) can be pushed onto the pin 25. In this case, the tabs 12 would be omitted and replaced by guides 12 '(Fig. 1 and 2), which are arranged on the middle part 1 and provided with the pin 25 corresponding holes. In place of the heel part 32, the heel part 14 can be slipped onto the slide 24 '.
Both embodiments can easily be adapted to different shoe sizes and shapes.
The parts 29 and 36, which are used to adjust the stand and slide, are arranged in such a way that they are easy to use even when the shoe is on.
