Self-sellers, in particular for electricity. The invention relates to a self-seller for consumables, in particular for electricity, the default value of which is reset when consumables are removed by an electro-magnetically operated switching mechanism from the locally separated consumption meter by current surges. To carry out this switching process, an electromagnetic switching mechanism is provided (such electromagnetic Schalteinrichtun gene are known, for example, from electrical clocks ago), which has two alternately switched on electromagnets from the contactor in the circuit, which alternately on teeth of an escape wheel with noisy uniform Work on teeth.
Such switching devices have not yet come into use for self-sellers of electricity. In connection with this switching device, another feature of our invention is concerned with eliminating the following drawback.
Since the contact of the meter's contact mechanism that controls the circuit of one magnet remains closed with every switching operation until the meter turns this contact off when it continues to rotate according to consumption and includes the second electromagnet in the circuit through another contact, it can happen under certain circumstances that with low consumption, for example electricity or gas consumption, a very long time elapses until the next switching and the current of one electromagnet would remain switched on during this entire period of time.
To prevent this, according to the invention, the escape wheel interrupts the circuit of the one electromagnet that just caused the circuit after each switching by means of a switching contact device, and at the same time closes one in the circuit of the other, which only switches when the following current surge occurs Contact.
By suitable design of the parts of this contact device is in connec tion with the two electromagnets own the switching mechanism enables that the default work is brought into a very specific position with each surge and a skid is avoided.
The drawing illustrates an example of an embodiment of the invention for the sale of elec tricity, with two variants, namely shows: Fig. 1 is a circuit diagram, Fig. 2 is a side view of the parts in question here of a Münzkas sierers.
3 and 4 partial sections I-I of FIG. 2 in two operating positions, FIGS. 5 and 6 two variants in section. From a counter from a connected to the power source 1, for example to the power supply, with 2 be signed contact the two electric magnets 3 and 4 alternately issued current pulses (Fig. 1). These electric magnets 3 and 4 cause an escapement wheel 5 to be indexed intermittently with each current pulse.
The escape wheel 5 switches the price change gears via the shaft 6, bevel gears 7 and 8, shaft 9 and a worm provided at the other end, and these switch the actuating disc 10 for the electrical consumption switch backwards via a planetary gear (not shown). In usual way, this disc 10 is switched on a seated on the shaft 1 leading to the planetary gear coin wheel when inserting the default coins of these vorwärtsge.
In these latter .Schaltvorgän conditions the pin 13 attached to the lever 1 2 is guided by the disc 10 in such a way that the spring lever 12 swings out in the direction of the arrow 18 and the contact arm 19 resiliently connected to it rests on the contacts 20. The energy can be drawn during this contact closure. When the energy is removed, the counter of the self-seller, which is provided remotely by this coin cashier and switched by the energy meter, is switched on, the current pulses are generated in each case and the switching disk 10 is switched via the electromagnets 3, 4 and the armature 5, as described above turned back. When the switching disk 10 returns to the starting position, the contact lever 12, 19 is switched over and thus the contacts 20 are released.
A spiral spring 22 which is tensioned when the indexing disk 10 shifts forwards (when the coins are given) can assist the backward shifting of the armature disk 5.
The armature disk 5 has evenly distributed teeth around the circumference, the number of which sieve; according to the arrangement of contacts on the counter, i.e. the upstream connection of the contact disc of the counter is adapted to the switching frequency per unit of energy consumed. According to the drawing voltage, for example, 5 identical teeth are provided on the armature disk, one tooth flank 23 of which has a slight slope, and the other tooth flank from the tip 24 initially flat in the upper part 25 and very steep in the subsequent part 26.
This part 26 forms a groove with the tooth part 27 which is adjacent to the next tooth flank 23 and which runs parallel. The tooth parts 25 and 2.6 can also be missing and be replaced by a tooth flank 28 shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3. The magnets 3 and 4 can either both be seen on the same side of the escape wheel 5 (FIGS. 3 and 4) or flank both sides of the armature 5. You can either have only one pole of each magnet or both poles of the magnets act on the teeth to enable a stronger magnetic force.
The poles 30, 31 of the magnet 3 are arranged so that they are between two tooth tips 24, for example at the joint between the two tooth flank parts 23 and 27, while the two poles 32 and 33 of the electromagnets are located in the same position of the escape wheel 4 lie under the tooth tips 24. This magnet 4 (in FIG. 3) has just caused a circuit, the counter contact 2a-c (FIG. 1), which caused the current short, is still closed until further notice.
On the other hand, when the escape wheel 5 was switched into the position shown in FIG. 3, the contact 35 was now opened and the contact 36 to the electromagnet 3 was closed. So no more current flows until the next counter circuit, since the magnet 4 is switched off at 35 and the magnet 3 already switched on at 36 at the counter contact 2b has not yet been switched on. If the counter now switches on, the contact 2A-? C is interrupted and the contact 2c-2b is closed, so that the electromagnet 3 is switched on in the circuit. The Mag netpole 30, 31 attract the teeth 5a, 5b, until the tooth tips 24 are above the poles.
At the same time, the opposite poles 32 and 33 of the currentless electromagnet 4 pass between the tooth tips 24 (FIG. 4). The position of FIG. 3 is resumed when switching on. In each case, such a tooth shape must be selected that the teeth are alternately attracted by the electromagnet. that at the same time a circuit of the armature wheel 5 always takes place in the same sense. The switching of the contacts 35 and 36 can be done by contact levers from the escape wheel shaft 6 or from the escape wheel 5 itself. It can for this purpose a contact drum or one inevitably running with each circuit, for example by stops to switchable contact lever 39, selected who the.
In the works shown, the following changeover contact device is provided.
On the axis 38 sits a contact lever 39 which has two switching pins 40, 41 and a pin 42 made of insulating material. In FIG. 3, the pin 41 rests on the tooth flank 23 under the action of the weight lever arm 43. If necessary, this lever 43 can also be loaded by a spring. In the position shown in Fig. 3, the con tact springs 44, 45, which correspond to the interrupted contact 35, 37 (Fig. 1), ge opens, that is, the magnet 4 connected to the contact springs 44, 45 is now switched off . If the escape wheel 5 is switched to the position in FIG. 4, the pin 41 is pushed by the tooth flank 23 in the height.
The weight lever 43 is pressed in the vertical center position either by the weight 48 or by a spring over the dead center position to the left. The pin 40 reaches the tooth flank 23 of the next tooth and the insulating pin 42 pushes the contact springs 46, 4 7 switched on in the circuit of the electric magnet 3, while at the same time the contact springs 44, 45 lie against each other. The contact springs 46, 47 correspond to the contacts 36, 37. You can of course, Lich for the purpose of switching the pins 40 and 41, also according to FIG. 6, a special switching disk 55, which rests tightly against the escape wheel 5.
The teeth of the escape wheel 5 are then given a shape corresponding to the dashed tooth flank 28 in FIG. 3 on one side. In order to prevent inadmissible further rotation of the ratchet 5 when switching iSchalten by swing effect, you can brake the centrifugal effect by suitable formation of the surfaces 23 and appropriate position of the pins 40, 41 so that the ratchet always only one of the two positions according to Fig. 3 or 4 can take.
However, despite this mechanical braking, it can still happen that the escape wheel 5 moves beyond the switching positions shown in Fig. 3 and 4 due to its own speed and between these two switching positions comes to rest, so that inaccuracies in the sequence of the default work can result.
In order to prevent this, the shape of the tooth flank 23 is selected so that if the switching position is exceeded, the open contact 445 or 46-47 of the electromagnetic magnet in question, which caused the switching, is closed again, so that the electromagnet in question is again in the circuit is switched on. Here, the electromagnet in question brings the control disc, which has moved beyond the switch position, back into the switch position that has been slightly exceeded.
In order to achieve a renewed switching on of the contacts by the insulating pin 42, a small elevation 123 is provided on the tooth flank 23 in FIGS. 5 and 6, which is directly connected to the switching pin of the contact lever 39 that works during the next cut. If, in this arrangement, the escape wheel 5 moves beyond the switching position due to its own speed, the contact lever 39 is immediately rotated so much that the insulating pin 42 detaches from the relevant contact and closes it again.
Since the circuit of the magnet that has just performed the circuit is still closed from the spatially separated contactor, the electromagnet 3 in FIG. 5 or 6, for example, receives power again and can, when the contact 46, 47 closes again the escape wheel 5 in the ge drawn: return switch position.
When the next current surge occurs, as is known, the remote contactor switches off the electromagnet 3 and at the same time the electromagnet 4 is switched on, so that despite the contact 46, 47 closing when the escape wheel 5 is switched on, the electromagnet 3 remains de-energized and only the electromagnet 4 in the circuit is switched on until the contact lever 39 is switched. In Fig. 6 a special switching disk 55 is provided for the Steue tion of the contact lever 39, on which the elevations 123 are also located.
