Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Belages für Strassen,     Werkstätten,    Hallen     uswe       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Belages     für Strassen. Werkstätten, Hallen usw. Das  Verfahren besteht darin, dass man auf eine  Unterlage, zum Beispiel auf eine     Teerasphalt-          unterlage    eine Schicht aus körnigem Mate  rial und Bindemittel aufträgt. Als solches  körniges Material kann körniges Metall oder  Glas und als Bindemittel Bitumen verwendet  werden.  



  Es können zum Beispiel 60 bis 90     Ge-          wiehtsteile    körnigen     Materials    und 40 bis 10  Gewichtsteile Bitumen verwendet werden.       I)er    Masse können beliebige Füllstoffe, zum       Beispiel    Steinmehl,     beigemengt    werden. Fer  ner kann als Bindemittel Gummi zugefügt  werden, und zwar in Lösung oder als Latex.  Der Masse können auch Farbstoffe     bei-          genien.gt    werden.  



  Bei der Herstellung des Belages wird die  Masse     zweckmässig    auf 180 bis 200' C er  wärmt und dann durch an sich bekannte Ma  schinen und     Hilfsmittel    aufgetragen. Bei der  Herstellung des Belages können die zur Mar-         kierung    von Strassenübergängen     etc.    üblichen  Metallknöpfe     miteingebaut    werden.  



  Die Oberschicht wird vorteilhaft etwa  5 mm dick aufgetragen, zum Beispiel auf  gewalzt. Der Belag ist rostfrei und springt  nicht, wenn die Unterlage gut liegt. Ferner  kann die Oberfläche beliebig     gerauht    und ge  färbt werden. Es können auch vom Belag  verschieden gefärbte Streifen aufgebracht  werden, um Übergänge für Fussgänger oder  die Verkehrsrichtung für Fahrzeuge anzu  geben.

  The top layer is advantageously applied about 5 mm thick, for example rolled on. The surface is rust-free and does not crack if the surface is well placed. Furthermore, the surface can be roughened and colored as desired. It is also possible to apply different colored stripes from the pavement to indicate transitions for pedestrians or the direction of traffic for vehicles.

Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mischung von körnigem Glas und Metall verwendet wird. 4.
