Description

  

  Fahrgestell mit unabhängig voneinander auf- und abbeweglichen und durch je  einen Elektromotor angetriebenen Rädern, insbesondere für     Trolleybusse.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Fahr  gestell mit unabhängig voneinander     auf-          und    abbeweglichen und durch je einen  Elektromotor angetriebenen Rädern, ins  besondere für Trolleybusse. Bei derartigen  Fahrgestellen sind die Räder auf quer  zur Fahrtrichtung verlaufenden     Pendelhalb-          aehsen    angeordnet, auf welchen der An  triebsmotor gelagert ist.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung ist der Elektro  motor an demselben Ende der Halbachse,  wie das von ihm angetriebene Laufrad ange  ordnet und von dem glockenartigen, nach  aussen offenen Radkörper umgeben.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Fahrgestell hat  den Vorteil, dass. der     Elektromotor    nach  aussen abmontiert werden kann, ohne das       Rad    wegnehmen zu müssen. Ausserdem  kann die Halbachse innerhalb des Rades  zwecks Tieflegung der Anlenkungsstelle ab  gekröpft sein. Infolge des Umstandes, dass  der Elektromotor, wie das Rad, ausserhalb    der Karosserie in einem für das Rad ohne  hin vorgesehenen     Raum    zu liegen kommt,  kann der Boden der Karosserie tiefer ver  legt und die Karosserie geräumiger gestaltet  werden als bei Fahrzeugen mit unter der  Karosserie liegenden     Antriebsmotoren.     



  In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs  gegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel  dargestellt. Die Figur ist ein quer zur  Längsrichtung des Fahrgestelles verlaufen  der, schematischer Schnitt durch eine Pendel  halbachse nebst Motor und zugehörigem  Rad.  



  Die     entweder    gerade verlaufende, oder  wie strichpunktiert angedeutet gekröpfte  Halbachse 1, ist bei 2 an den mittleren       Rahmenteil    3 des Fahrgestelles     angelenkt.     Die Halbachse ist hohl ausgebildet, so dass  sie zur Unterbringung der zum Elektromotor  führenden Stromleiter dient. Am äussern  Ende der Halbachse ist der     Stator    4 fest und  der den     Stator    umgebende Rotor 5 des      Elektromotors drehbar gelagert. Ein mit  dem Rotor 5 auf der der Fahrzeugmitte zu  gewendeten Seite fest verbundenes Ritzel 6  überträgt unter Vermittlung von Zahnrädern  7 mit feststehender Achse seine Bewegung  auf einen Zahnkranz B.

   Der Zahnkranz 8  ist an dem auf der Achse 1 drehbar gelager  ten ;glockenartigen Radkörper 9 vorhanden.  Der nach aussen offene Radkörper 9 weist  an der Innenseite eine Bremstrommel 10 auf,  an der in üblicher Weise Bremsbacken 11,  die von einer mit der Halbachse 1 fest ver  bundenen Scheibe 12 getragen werden, zur  Anlage kommen können. Der Radkörper 9  ist- durch einen Deckel 13 abgeschlossen, der  zum Zwecke des Nachsehens, der Reparatur  oder der völligen Herausnahme des Elektro  motors abnehmbar ist. An Stelle der Felge  14 für einfache Bereifung kann auf dem  Radkörper auch eine Felge für doppelte  Bereifung angeordnet sein.

  The chassis according to the invention has the advantage that the electric motor can be removed from the outside without having to remove the wheel. In addition, the semi-axis can be cranked within the wheel for the purpose of lowering the articulation point. As a result of the fact that the electric motor, like the wheel, comes to lie outside the body in a space that is not provided for the wheel, the floor of the body can be laid deeper and the body can be made more spacious than in vehicles with under the body Drive motors.



  In the drawing, the subject invention is shown in one embodiment. The figure is a transverse to the longitudinal direction of the chassis, a schematic section through a pendulum semi-axis together with the motor and associated wheel.



  The semi-axis 1, which either runs straight or is cranked as indicated by dash-dotted lines, is articulated at 2 to the central frame part 3 of the chassis. The semi-axis is hollow so that it is used to accommodate the current conductors leading to the electric motor. At the outer end of the semi-axis, the stator 4 is fixed and the rotor 5 of the electric motor surrounding the stator is rotatably mounted. A pinion 6 that is firmly connected to the rotor 5 on the side facing the center of the vehicle transmits its movement to a toothed ring B through the intermediary of gears 7 with a fixed axis.

   The ring gear 8 is provided on the bell-shaped wheel body 9 rotatably mounted on the axle 1. The outwardly open wheel body 9 has on the inside a brake drum 10, on which in the usual manner brake shoes 11, which are carried by a disc 12 firmly connected to the semi-axis 1, can come to rest. The wheel body 9 is closed by a cover 13, which can be removed for the purpose of looking, repairing or completely removing the electric motor. Instead of the rim 14 for single tires, a rim for double tires can also be arranged on the wheel body.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Fahrgestell mit unabhängig voneinander auf- und abbeweglichen und durch je einen Elektromotor angetriebenen Rädern, ins besondere für Trolleybusse, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Elektromotor an dem selben Ende der Halbachse, wie das von ihm angetriebene Laufrad angeordnet und von dem glockenartigen, nach aussen offenen Radkörper umgeben ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Fahrgestell nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbachse zwecks Unterbringung der zum Elektromotor führenden Stromleiter hohl ausgebildet und zur Anlenkung an niedriger Stelle abgekröpft ist. 2. Fahrgestell nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stator des Elek tromotors innerhalb des Rotors fest auf dem äussern Ende der Halbachse ange ordnet ist. 5.
