Description

  

      Triebfahrgestell,    insbesondere für     'Trolleybusse    und dergleichen Fahrzeuge.    .Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Trieb  fahrgestell, insbesondere für Trolleybusse  und dergleichen Fahrzeuge, bei welchem die  Treibräder auf in ,der Fahrtrichtung ver  laufenden     Kurbelarmen    gelagert sind und auf  den Kurbelarmen ausser dem Rade auch der  Antriebsmotor angebracht ist.  



  Durch die     Erfindung    sollen bei derartigen  Fahrgestellen einerseits die Massen besser  verteilt und anderseits die Antriebsmotoren  zugänglicher gemacht werden.  



  Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das  Treibrad und der Antriebsmotor auf verschie  dener Seite .der Schwingachse des Kurbel  armes angeordnet sind.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes     schema-          tisch    veranschaulicht.  



  Ein quer zur Längsrichtung des Fahr  zeuges angeordneter Zapfen 1 des Gestelles  trägt mittelst einer Hülse 2 einen parallel zur  Fahrtrichtung verlaufenden Kurbelarm 3,  welcher von einem Rohr gebildet und einer-         ends    mit einem Gehäuse 4 versehen ist. Das  Gehäuse 4 ist durch einen abnehmbaren     Dek-          kel    5 verschlossen und umschliesst ein Kegel  radgetriebe 6. An .dem Gehäuse ist in üblicher  Weise .das Treibrad 7 gelagert, welches in  treibender Verbindung mit dem grossen Ke  gelrad des Getriebes 6 steht.  



  Mit dem andern, über die Hülse 2 hinaus  ragenden     Ende,des    Kurbelarmes 3 ist die eine  Stirnwand 8 eines Elektromotors 9 verbun  den. An der     zweiten    Stirnwand 10 des Mo  tors ist .der Kollektor angebracht und diese  Stirnwand ist abnehmbar, um den Zugang zu  diesem eine     Überwachung    vor allem bedür  fenden Teile zu ermöglichen.  



  Zweckmässig ist die Verbindung zwischen  .dem Motor 9 und der Stirnwand 8 oder die  Verbindung zwischen der Stirnwand 8 und  dem Kurbelarm so ausgebildet, dass der ge  samte Motor .abgenommen und gegebenenfalls  gegen einen gleichen Motor ausgewechselt  werden kann.      Die     Verbindungsstelle    zwischen dem Mo  tor und dem Getriebe 6 ist, wie in der Zeich  nung     angedeutet,    durch den hohlen Kurbel  arm 3, sowie die Hülse 2 hindurchgeführt..  



  Dabei ist der Motor 9 zweckmässig in  einer solchen Entfernung von der Schwing  achse X des Kurbelarmes angeordnet, dass .der  Kurbelarm wenigstens annähernd vollständig  ausbalanziert ist.  



  Zur Abfederung .des Rades können bei  spielsweise     .an    der Achse angreifende Blatt-,  Schrauben- oder Torsionsfedern verwendet  sein.  



  Im Gegensatz zu den     bekannten    Trieb  fahrgestellen, bei denen der Motor und .das  Treibrad auf der gleichen Seite der Schwing  achse X des Kurbelarmes angeordnet     sind,     ist bei dem     beschriebenen    Gestell der Motor  völlig unbehindert zugänglich und wegnehm  bar, ohne Störung der übrigen Teile.

  A pin 1 of the frame arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle carries, by means of a sleeve 2, a crank arm 3 which runs parallel to the direction of travel and is formed by a tube and provided with a housing 4 at one end. The housing 4 is closed by a removable cover 5 and encloses a bevel gear 6. The drive wheel 7, which is in driving connection with the large bevel gear of the gear 6, is mounted on the housing in the usual way.



  With the other end, projecting beyond the sleeve 2, of the crank arm 3, one end wall 8 of an electric motor 9 is verbun. The collector is attached to the second end wall 10 of the motor and this end wall can be removed in order to allow access to the parts that are particularly in need of monitoring.



  The connection between the motor 9 and the end wall 8 or the connection between the end wall 8 and the crank arm is expediently designed so that the entire motor can be removed and, if necessary, replaced with the same motor. The connection point between the Mo tor and the gearbox 6 is, as indicated in the drawing voltage, passed through the hollow crank arm 3 and the sleeve 2 ..



  The motor 9 is expediently arranged at such a distance from the swing axis X of the crank arm that the crank arm is at least approximately completely balanced.



  To cushion the wheel, leaf, coil or torsion springs acting on the axle can be used, for example.



  In contrast to the known drive chassis, in which the motor and .das drive wheel are arranged on the same side of the swing axis X of the crank arm, the motor is completely unhindered accessible and removeable bar in the frame described, without disturbing the other parts.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Triebfahrgestell, insbesondere für Trolley- busse und dergleichen Fahrzeuge, bei wel chem .die Treibräder auf in der Fahrtrichtung verlaufenden Kurbelarmen gelagert sind und auf .den Kurbelarmen ausser dem Rade auch der Antriebsmotor angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Treibrad (7) und der Antriebsmotor (9) auf verschiedener Seite der Schwingachse (X) des Kurbelarmes (3) angeordnet sind.
