Elektrischer Kleinmotor.
Small electric motor. They are already electric. Small motors have become known, which are intended for operation with a flashlight battery, the wound armature provided with a Kol lector is arranged within an unwound stator which has a permanent magnet provided with soft iron pole pieces in the form of hollow cylinder segments.
The present invention also relates to such a small motor and is characterized in that the pole pieces lie against the inner wall of a motor housing made of non-magnetic material and that the permanent magnet consists of at least one rod made of magnetic steel connecting the pole pieces at their one end .
A trained according to the invention electric small motor is suitable for example for the operation of pocket ventilators and toys. In the drawing, an example embodiment of a small electric motor is shown according to the invention.
1 shows an axial section through the small electric motor; Fig. 2 is a section along - II-II of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a section along III-III of Fig. 1; Fig.4 is a section along IV-IV of Fig. 2, and.
Fig. 5 shows a plan view of the anchor itself.
The small electric motor shown has an armature 1 of conventional training, the shaft of which is denoted by 2. The shaft 2 is rotatably mounted in the bottom 3 of a motor housing 4 made of non-magnetic material, such as brass or pressed material, specifically with the aid of a bearing bush 5 made of pressed material.
On the motor housing 4, two pole shoes 6 made of soft iron, which are in the form of hollow cylinder sections, are attached, for example riveted, with their upper end edges against: the bottom 3 of the motor housing 4 and the inner walls of the same downwards extend. The two pole pieces 6 are verbun to each other by two rods 7 of weak cross-section made of high quality magnetic steel.
The two rods 7 rest against the upper ends of the pole pieces 6 (see also FIG. 4) and are pressed apart and against the pole pieces 6 by means of interposed, V-shaped leaf springs 8 made of non-magnetic metal, as shown in particular in FIGS 4 show. A special fastening of the rods 7 to the pole pieces 6 is therefore not necessary.
The armature 1 is, as it can be seen in FIG.
Below the collector 9, the shaft 2 is rotatably mounted in a cover or an end plate 11, which consists of pressed material and is supported against a spacer ring 12 made of brass, which rests against the inner wall of the motor housing 4 and its other end against the lower end ends of the pole shoes 6 is supported. To set the end plate 9 in the motor housing 4, the free edge 13 of the Ge housing 4 is rolled over the end plate 11 over.
In the cover or the end plate 11 are two pairs of bolts 14, 14 'respectively. 15, 15 'attached, of which the bolts 14, 14' respectively through a contact plate. Pole sheet 16 and the bolts 15, 15 'are conductively connected to each other by a contact sheet or pole sheet 17, which sheets 16 respectively. 17 each have a vertically bent connection flap 18 respectively. 19: which are used to connect the cables coming from the: power source. On the two axle bolts 14, 14 'sit rotatably the two con tact levers 20, 20', which are thus connected to one pole of the power source, and on the two axle bolts 15, 15 'sits a two th pair of contact levers 21, 21' , which are thus conductively ver connected to the second pole of the power source.
The contact lever 20, 20 'and the contact lever 21, 21' have small sets, between which a coil spring 22 respectively. 28 is curious. These screws springs 22, 23 thus press the contact lever 20, 20 'respectively. 21, 21 'against the slats 10 of the collector, and the arrangement of the axle bolts 14, 14' respectively. 15, 15 'on the plate 11 is such that the contact lever 20, 20' respectively. 21, 21 'touch the collector at different, adjacent locations, so that when the contact lever pair slides over an insulating piece between two lamellae 10, one contact lever of each contact lever pair always remains in conductive connection with a lamella 10 and thus no power interruption occurs.
The described design of the power supply organs also ensures reliable power transmission with very low contact pressure of the contact lever against the collector. On each axle pin 14, 14 'respectively. 15, 15 'several contact levers can be arranged one below the other, if this is desired.
