Werkzeugmaschine.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine solche Lage.
Machine tool. The invention relates to a work machine tool with several spindles each carrying a tool and a pulley.
The drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the side view of the Ma machine; Fig. 2 shows the machine from the front see GE; Fig. 3 shows a horizontal section along the line A-B of Fig. 2; Fig. 4 shows the machine from above see ge.
The machine tool shown consists of a cast iron stand b with a base plate, on which a back gear m, which consists of two solid and one empty disk and a right-angled support c with bearing d, in which the spindle g is rotatable, are attached. Furthermore, a pin n is attached in the stand of the c, which carries the four-armed support a. The support a is rotatable about the pin n. Each of the four arms of the support a ends with a bearing e in which a spindle f is mounted. The .Spindles f each carry a processing disk i at their outer ends and a belt pulley h at their inner ends.
The spindle g carries a machining disk i at its outer end and a belt pulley h at its inner end, which has the same diameter as the others; Pulleys h. The support a , which has four corresponding holes for this purpose, can be fixed to the pin n in four different positions in the middle of the spring bolt k, which is fastened to the pin n .
The fixing holes are arranged in such a way that: in each of the four fixed positions of the support a, another of the four spindles f is arranged coaxially with the spindle g. Fig. 3 shows such a situation.
The handling of the machine shown is as follows: The drive of the front, c elegs m is done by means of a drive belt from a motor or a transmission. In the middle of the drive belt l, according to FIG. 2, in the position of the belt l, the fixedly mounted spindle g is made to rotate. If you want to use one of the four machining disks i mounted on the spindles f, the support a is rotated by hand until the spindle f that carries the desired disk is coaxial with the spindle g.
Then the support. a fixed by means of the spring bolt k. The belt l can then be brought onto the belt pulley h of this spindle f by means of a belt fork, and the latter can be set in rotation instead of the spindle g. By adjusting the belt fork, one or the other of these two coaxially arranged spindles can optionally be set in rotation.
The arrangement described therefore allows five different processing disks to be used with the same machine without these needing to be assembled or disassembled before use.
The tools used are: all-round carbide and stone disks for grinding and sanding, felt, cloth, wood or leather disks for polishing, filing and milling disks for filing and milling. Furthermore, instead of disks, drills and non-disk-shaped milling cutters can be attached to the spindles, hair and wire brush disks can also be used for cleaning.
