Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein mit dem Kochgefäss rand verbundener, von diesem vorstehender, mit Gewinde und Mutter versehener Stift angeordnet ist, mittels welches eine gegen den Kochgefässrand abgestützte Pratze fest geschraubt ist, während der Griff mittels einer darin verankerten, mit konisch erwei- lertem Ende versehenen und bis in den hohlen Hals der Pratze hinreichenden Spin <I>del</I> durch Zusammendrücken des hohlen PTatzenhalses mit der Pratze fest verbunden ist.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 beziehen sich auf aus Blech erstellte Pfannen; Fig. 1 zeigt Pfanne, Pratze und Hand griff getrennt, während Fig. 2 die gebrauchsfertige Pfanne dar stellt; Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie III-III in Fig. 2; Fig. 4 ist ein Schnitt zur Darstellung der Befestigung des Handgriffes an Guss- pfannen.
Nach Fig. 1 bis 3 ist der obere Pf annen- rand 1 nach aussen umgebogen und umfasst einen Eisenreif 2, der einen deutlich vor stehenden Gewindestift 3 mit Mutter 4 trägt. Dieser Gewindestift 3 ist gerade so lang, dass damit eine sich bei 5 gegen den Metall reif abstützende Pratze ,6 auf der Pfanne festgeschraubt werden kann. Neben dem Kanal 7 für den Gewindestift 3 ist im Hals der Pratze auch ein Kanal 8 vorgesehen, in welchen das vorstehende, konisch erweiterte Ende 9 einer im Handgriff 10 fest veranker ten Spindel 11 hineinragt.
Der Handgriff ist aus wärmeisolierendem Material, zum Beispiel Bakelit, hergestellt und mit einem ovalen Hals 13 in den Pr atzenhals eingelas sen. Nachdem die Pratze mittels der Mutter 4 festgeschraubt worden und der Handgriff aufgesteckt ist, wird der hohle Hals der Pratze hinter dem konisch erweiterten Ende 9 so zusammengeklemmt, dass der Griff 10 durch einen achsialen Zug auf der Pratze festgehalten wird.
Im Falle von Gusspfannen ist der Ge windestift 3 zum Beispiel in einen am Pfannenrand angegossenen Stumpf 11 ein geschraubt, wobei der Stumpf in den hohlen Hals der Pratze hineinreicht, wie dies durch Fig. 4 dargestellt ist.
