Description
Rotationskoinprossor. Cregenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Rotationskompressor, bei welchem in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse ein auf einer Welle befestigter Flügel. und ein in den Ge- bäusedeckeln gelagerter Rotor mit der Ge- liäusewandung einen Kompressionsraum bil det, und dass bei Drehuii(r des Flü(rels und l',oliors die im Kompressionsraum befindliehe 1,nft zusammengepresst wird.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der #n en Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veran- 21 el sellanlicht, es zeigen: Fig. <B>1</B> einen Querschnitt und t' Fig. <B>'22</B> einen Längsschnitt durch den r' Kompressor. In der Mitte des zylindrischen Gehäuses <B>1</B> ist die Antriebswelle :) drehbar oela-ert.
<B>kn</B> el Auf dieser Welle ist ein Flügel<B>3</B> aufge spannt, der beim Umlauf der Welle 2 mit- rotiert. Ferner ist in dem Gehäuse<B>1</B> ein lZotor 4 in den Gehäusedeckeln <B>5</B> exzentrisch gelagert, welcher durch den Flüoel <B>3</B> in <B>C</B> t2 rotierende Bewegung versetzt wird. Die Welle 2 wird in der rängsrichtung durch die Stellringe<B>6</B> fixiert. Der Antrieb erfolgt vermittelst der Riemenscheibe<B>7,</B> welche auch durch ein Zahnrad ersetzt -werden kann.
Wenn der Flügel<B>3</B> im Sinne des-Uhr- zeigers rotiert, so wird die vor dem Flügel im Raum zwischen Rotor und Gehäusewan dung befindliche Luft zusammengepresst und strömt bei der Öffnung<B>8</B> aus. Der Raum hinter dem Flügel steht durch die Öffnung<B>9</B> mit der Atmosphäre in Verbin dung und füllt sich bei Drehung des Flügels <B>3</B> selbsttätig mit Luft. Der Rotor 4 ist an beiden Enden in kreisförmigen Nuten<B>10</B> in den Gehäusedeckeln gelagert, wobei die Nutentiefe so bemessen ist, dass für die Dell- nuno- des Rotors bei Erwärmung genügend kn el C Spielraum ist.
Die Abdichtung zwischen Rotor und Gehäusedeckeln erfolgt vermii- telst der Dichtungsringe<B>11,</B> welche durch Federn 12 angepresst werden.
