Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen basischen     stiekstofibaltigen    Verbindung.    Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen     basi-          s@chen    stickstoffhaltigen Verbindung, dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     Cyanurchloriti    mit  einem     Polyäthylendiamingemisch,    das bei  6 mm von 90 bis über 250   C siedet, in  saurem Medium umsetzt.  



  Die so erhaltene neue basische stickstoff  haltige Verbindung     stellt    als freie Base ein  bräunliches viskoses Öl dar. Sie bildet mit  wasserlöslichen Farbstoffen unlösliche Lacke,  so dass sie als Nachbehandlungsmittel zur  Verbesserung der Wasserechtheit von Fär  bungen, die mit     substantiven    Farbstoffen       ;:uf        zellulosehaltigem    Material erzeugt sind,  Verwendung finden kann. Sie soll ferner als       Zwischenprodukt    zur Herstellung von wei  teren     Färbereihilfsprodukten    dienen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  40,5 kg eines     Polyäthylendiamingemisches,     das bei 6 mm von 90 bis über 250   C siedet,    werden in etwa 100 kg     Trichloräthylen    oder  Chloroform gelöst, 80 kg 10fach normale  Salzsäure zugesetzt und endlich bei 15 bis  20   während etwa 2 bis 3 Stunden mit einer  Lösung von 18,5 kg     Cyanurchlorid    in etwa  200 kg     Trichloräthylen    oder Chloroform ver  setzt. Dann wird .die Säure mit einer kon  zentrierten Lösung von 160 kg kristallisier  tem     Natriumacetat    abgestumpft und schliess  lich mit einer Lösung von 58 kg Soda neu  tralisiert.

   Das     Lösungsmittel    wird     abdestil-          liert,    von der eingeengten Lösung werden die  auskristallisierenden anorganischen Salze  durch Filtration entfernt.
