Description

  

  .las Drosselspulen und Kondensatoren bestehende Siebkette für Starkstromanlagen.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine aus  Drosselspulen und Kondensatoren aufgebaute       Siebkette    zur Entstörung von Starkstrom  anlagen, insbesondere in Fahrzeugen. Zweck  der Erfindung ist, die Drosseln und Konden  satoren so auszubilden und anzuordnen, dass  sie wenig Platz einnehmen, ohne sich gegen  seitig zu beeinflussen     und    ihr Gewicht klein  wird, was insbesondere für     Flugzeuge    wich  tig ist.

   Gemäss der Erfindung     wird    das da  durch erreicht, dass die Kondensatoren kon  zentrisch ineinander und die in einem       Hochfrequenzeisen    eingebetteten Drosselspu  len gleichachsig mit den Kondensatoren über  einanderliegend angeordnet sind.

   Besonders  zweckmässig ist es dabei, die     Drosselspulen     und     Kondensatorwickel    flach zu machen,  damit die     Leitungsverbindungen        zwischen     den Kondensatoren und Drosseln, die schäd  liche     Induktivitäten    bilden, kurz werden und       class    ausserdem die Kapazität der Drosseln  und die     Induktivität    der Kondensatoren mög  lichst klein bleibt.    In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    dar  gestellt.

   Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen     Schnitt    durch eine in einem  Gehäuse eingebaute     Siebkette,          Fig.2    eine     Ansicht    der Dose mit ab  genommenem Deckel,       Fig.    3 ein Schaltbild der     Siebkette.     



  Die dargestellte     Siebkette    besteht aus  zwei Kondensatoren a und b und zwei  Drosselspulen c und d. Die Kondensatoren  haben die Form von Wickeln, die konzen  trisch     ineinanderliegend    in einem Metall  becher e angeordnet sind. Eine der Be  legungen beider Kondensatoren     ist    mit dem  Becher verbunden. Die andere Belegung -des  Kondensators     a    liegt an einer Metallscheibe<I>f</I>  und die des     Kondensators    b an einer Metall  ringscheibe g an. Die Scheiben<I>f</I> und<I>g</I> sind  durch eine Isolierhülse     h,    die auch die Kon  densatoren voneinander trennt, voneinander  isoliert.

   Die Drosselspulen c, d .sind über  einanderliegend in Scheiben i und     il,    die aus           voneinander    isolierten,     magnetischen    Teil  chen, sogenanntem     Hochfrequenzeisen,    be  stehen, eingebettet. An den     Stirnseiten    der  Spulen liegen Isolierscheiben     1c    und<I>1,</I> die  von einem Bolzen m aus     Aluminium    zusam  mengehalten werden. An den     Isolierscheiben          k    sitzen     Kabelanschlussbolzen        n,    an denen die       Enden    der Drosselspulen angeschlossen sind.

    Die Kondensatoren in dem Becher e und die  Drosselspulen sind übereinander in einem  Metallgehäuse o aus Aluminium angeordnet  und werden durch eine in die Wand des  Gehäuses eingedrückte, auf der Isolierscheibe  <I>k</I> aufsitzende Wulst<I>p</I> festgehalten. Das Ge  häuse ist durch einen Deckel     q    abgeschlossen.  Durch geeignete     Durchführungen    r am Ge  häuse oder Deckel können die     Leitungskabel       einer elektrischen Anlage in das Gehäuse ein  geführt werden. Die Schaltung der Drosseln  und Kondensatoren geht aus der     Fig.3    her  vor.

   It is particularly useful to make the choke coils and capacitor windings flat so that the line connections between the capacitors and chokes, which form harmful inductances, are short and the capacitance of the chokes and the inductance of the capacitors remain as small as possible.   The sieve chain shown consists of two capacitors a and b and two inductors c and d. The capacitors are in the form of coils which are arranged concentrically one inside the other in a metal cup. One of the two capacitors is connected to the cup. The other assignment - of the capacitor a rests on a metal disk <I> f </I> and that of the capacitor b rests on a metal ring disk g. The disks <I> f </I> and <I> g </I> are insulated from one another by an insulating sleeve h, which also separates the capacitors from one another.

   The choke coils c, d. Are embedded one above the other in disks i and il, which are made up of isolated magnetic particles, so-called high-frequency iron. On the end faces of the coils there are insulating washers 1c and 1, which are held together by a bolt m made of aluminum. Cable connection bolts n, to which the ends of the choke coils are connected, are seated on the insulating washers k.

    The capacitors in the can e and the choke coils are arranged one above the other in a metal housing o made of aluminum and are secured by a bead <I> p </I> which is pressed into the wall of the housing and rests on the insulating disk <I> k </I> held. The housing is closed by a cover q. The cables of an electrical system can be fed into the housing through suitable bushings r on the housing or cover. The circuit of the chokes and capacitors is shown in FIG.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Aus Drosselspulen und Kondensatoren aufgebaute Siebkette zur Entstörung von Starkstromanlagen, insbesondere in Fahr zeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensatoren konzentrisch ineinander liegen und die Drosselspulen in Hochfrequenzeisen eingebettet gleichachsig mit den Konden satoren übereinander liegend angeordnet sind.
