Brennkraft-Flugkolben-gompressor motor.

Internal combustion aviation piston gompressor engine. The invention relates to an internal combustion flying piston compressor motor according to the patent claim of the main patent and consists in the fact that not only part of the power of the combustion piston operating in the expansion stroke is transferred to the combustion piston operating in the compression stroke,
but also part of the kinetic energy available due to the design of the internal combustion pistons as flying pistons from the internal combustion piston operating in the compression stroke to the internal combustion piston operating in the expansion stroke with the aid of fluid columns connected between the internal combustion pistons.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown schematically. The compressor motor according to the figure has two internal combustion cylinders 101 and 102, each with a single-acting compressor

<tb> Combustion cylinders <SEP> <B> 101 </B> <SEP> and <SEP> 102 <SEP> are <SEP> the <SEP> internal combustion piston pairs
<tb> 10W109 <SEP> resp. <SEP> 113114, <SEP> the <SEP> with <SEP> the <SEP> compressor pistons 111 and 112 resp. 116 and 117 are connected.
Two columns of liquid are connected between the internal combustion pistons 108 and 113: namely between the upper sides of the pistons 130 and 132, which are rigidly connected to the internal combustion pistons 108 and 113, the column of liquid 135 and between the lower sides the column of liquid 145 Way, the liquid columns 136 and 146 are also switched between the internal combustion pistons 109 and 114, with which the pistons 131 and 133 rigidly connected to these internal combustion pistons move.
The compressor cylinders 104 to 107 are provided with inlet valves 124 and pressure valves 125 and are connected to the air inlet slots 118 of the internal combustion cylinders 101 and 102 by means of the lines 126 and 127 and the air sensor 128, from whose outlet slots 119 the line 129 leads to the exhaust gas engine 140.
The operation of the machine is as follows: After the injection of the fuel delivered by the fuel pump 120 via the fuel valve 121 and the ignition in the internal combustion cylinder 101, the internal combustion piston 108 and 109 with the gas compressor piston 111 and 112 move outwards. The latter compress the air that is conveyed through the pressure valves 125 and the pressure lines 126 and 127 into the air receiver 128, from where it is under a pressure of approximately 4 atm. can pass through the inlet slots 118 in the internal combustion cylinders 101 and 102.
At the end of the expansion stroke of the internal combustion pistons 108 and 109, the exhaust gases flow from the cylinder 101 through the outlet slots 119 into the line 129, and the air passes through the inlet slots 118 into the cylinder 101, where it acts as scavenging air and the exhaust gases drives out of the cylinder. The remaining in the internal combustion cylinder 101, under a pressure of approximately 4 atm. Standing air is then further compressed, whereupon the work processes repeat themselves after fuel injection and ignition have taken place.
On the right side of the gompressormotors the internal combustion pistons 113 and 114 have performed their compression and expansion stroke at the same time. The processes take place on the right side in the same way as on the left. The exhaust air mixture flows from the cylinders 101 and 102 into the line 129 and from there into the exhaust gas engine 140, which receives the exhaust gas air mixture at a temperature of 350 to 450 C, for example, and uses it to generate power.
This power generated in the exhaust gas engine 140, for example a turbine, is output by means of the shaft 141 to a power generator coupled to it, a work machine or the like. With the aid of the liquid columns 135 and 145 connected between the internal combustion pistons 108 and 113, not only is part of the output of the internal combustion piston 108 operating in the expansion stroke transferred to the internal combustion piston 113 operating in the compression stroke,
but also a part of the kinetic energy available as a result of the design of the internal combustion piston as a flying piston of the internal combustion piston 113 operating in the compression stroke to the internal combustion piston 108 operating in the expansion stroke. The same also applies to the fluid columns 136 and 146 connected between the internal combustion pistons 109 and 114. During the expansion stroke in the braking force cylinder 102 and during the compression stroke in the internal combustion cylinder 101, the work is transmitted between the internal combustion pistons in the opposite direction.
