Druekgasisolierter Hoebspannungsapparat, insbesondere Stromwandler.
Pressurized gas-insulated high-voltage apparatus, especially current transformers. The invention relates to a pressurized gas-insulated high-voltage apparatus, such as current converter, relay or the like, in which the conductor parts surrounded by pressurized gas to increase the electrical strength, preferably against overvoltages, are provided with an insulating sleeve that is made of oil or in the manner of a cable insulation Mass impregnated fiber layers.
In such devices, under the influence of operational heating, the cable compound contained in the insulating sleeve liquefies, collects at the deepest point and then drips off under certain circumstances.
In order to prevent this, according to the invention, the insulating sleeve is provided with a gas-tight cover jacket made of one for the COl respectively. for the viscous substances impermeable, deformable insulating means provided, the elasticity of which is at least in the order of magnitude of the soft rubber. Due to the high elasticity of the outer jacket, it can take part in strong changes in the volume of the insulating sleeve without it tearing or detaching during contractions.
At the same time it is achieved that the cable ground or. the oil does not come into contact with the compressed gas and as a result neither chemical changes nor a loss of electrical strength due to the absorption of compressed gas. The electric field is practically not influenced by the application of the cover jacket.
Insulating materials that meet these requirements include, among other things, polymers of acrylic acid or its derivatives or a homologue or a mixture thereof with at least one of the first-mentioned substances. These materials also have the property that they stick together when placed on top of one another under moderate pressure. You can therefore make a completely closed coat from them in such a way that they are applied in strips with overlapping on the insulating sleeve. However, since they are sensitive to pressure, it is advisable to protect them by wrapping them with Cambric insulation such as Cambric linen, silk or paper.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown in the form of a current converter. It means 1 like provided with the low voltage winding, which is surrounded by a screen for the purpose of better field distribution. 2 is the high voltage winding. This is provided with an insulating sleeve, the thickness of which is measured according to the operating voltage, and which is closed off by a covering made of polymers of acrylic acid.
Such a cover has a particularly high elasticity, returns after the deformation made in its original position and is for the 0l BEZW. impermeable to the masses. The insulating cover under the cover consists of layers of tape and paper soaked in oil or mass.
The high-voltage winding like is located in the pressure chamber 3, which forms ge in the lower part of a steel jacket 4 and in the upper part of an insulator 5, and has a voltage appropriate distance both from the ge earthed steel jacket, as well as from like 1. The length of the insulator 5 through which the high-voltage winding with the two connections 6 is led out is also dimensioned according to the voltage. In addition, the insulator 5 consists of an inner pressure-resistant hard paper cylinder and an outer, not subject to pressure, but weatherproof porcelain insulator.
Between the insulators there is a cavity connected to the outside air.
In the exemplary embodiment, the insulating sleeve is located exclusively on the high-voltage winding. Instead, it could also be distributed across the high-voltage winding and the like.
