Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden        Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen     in-          digoiden    Farbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man  die reaktionsfähigen     a-Derivate    des 5 .     7-Di-          bromisatins    mit     4-Methoxy-l-oxynaphthalin     kondensiert.  



  Der Farbstoff der Formel

    stellt ein blaues kristallinisches Pulver dar,  das sieh in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  grüner Farbe löst und beim Bedrucken der  Baumwolle sehr echte blaue Töne von     guter          Naehtfarbe    ergibt.  



       Beispiel:     30,5 Teile 5 . 7 -     Dibromisatin    werden  durch Erwärmen mit 22 Teilen Phosphor-         pentachlorid    in 300 Teilen Chlorbenzol in  das     5.7-Dibromisatin-a-chlorid    verwandelt  und mit einer bei 45 bis 50   hergestellten  Lösung von 17,4 Teilen     4-Methoxy-l-oxy-          naphthalin    in 300 Teilen Chlorbenzol ver  einigt. Der als blaues Kristallpulver erhal  tene Farbstoff wird filtriert und mit Chlor  benzol, sowie mit Alkohol gewaschen und ge  trocknet.  



  Zu dem selben Farbstoff gelangt     man,     wenn statt in     chlorbenzolischer    Lösung in  wässerigem Medium gearbeitet wird oder  wenn an Stelle des 5 .     7-Dibromisatin-a-chlo-          rids    das 5 .     7-Dibromisatin-a-anilid    in Essig  säureanhydrid mit     4-Methoxy-l-oxynaphtha.-          lin    erhitzt     wird.

  The same dye is obtained when working in an aqueous medium instead of in a chlorobenzene solution or when instead of the 5th 7-Dibromisatin-a-chlorides the 5th 7-dibromoisatin-a-anilide in acetic acid anhydride with 4-methoxy-l-oxynaphtha.- lin is heated.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indi- goiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die reaktionsfähigen a-Derivate des 5. 7 - Dibromisatins mit 4 - Methoxy -1 - oxy- naphthalin kondensiert. Der Farbstoff EMI0002.0001 stellt ein blaues, kristallinisches Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe löst und beim Bedrucken der Baumwolle sehr echte blaue Töne von guter Nachtfarbe ergibt.
