Description
verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azofarbstofi'es. Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Verfahren erhält man einen für die Acetat seidenfärberei brauchbaren Farbstoff, wenn man die aus 4-Nitro-l-aminobenzol bereitete Diazoverbindung mit 3-Chlor-1-(oxyäthyl-p. r dioxypropyl)-aminoberizol kuppelt.
Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält man einen ebenfalls für die Acetatseidenfär- berei sehr gut brauchbaren Farbstoff, wenn man 2.6-Dichlor-l-amino-4-nitrobenzol diano tiert und mit Oxyäthyl-r-rnethoxy-ss-oxypropyl- aminobenzol kuppelt.
Beispiel: Man bereitet eine Diazolösung, indem man bei 25-30 20,7 Teile, 2,6 Dichlor-l-amirro- 4-nitrobenzol in durch Eintragen von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 130 Teile konzentrierte Schwe felsäure bereitete Nitrosylschwefelsäure ein rührt und die Masse hierauf durch Aufgiessen auf Eis stark verdünnt. Die filtrierte schwefel- saure Diazolösung läuft in eine kalte Lösung von 22,5 Teilen Oxyäthyl-i--metboxy-p-oxy- propyl-aminober)zol in 800 Teilen Wasser und 13 Teilen Salzsäure 23 B6 ein.
Man stumpft hierauf mit soviel Natronlauge ab, bis die Kupplung beendet ist. Der Farbstoff färbt Acetatseide in klaren gelbbraunen Tönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
