Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines unlöslichen     Azofarbstoües.       Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen  Verfahren erhält man einen     Acetatseide    in  blaustichig roten Tönen anfärbenden unlös  lichen     Azofarbstoff,    wenn man     4-Nitro-l-          aminobenzol        diazotiert    und die     Diazoverbin-          dung    mit     1-Butyl-3-ogy-7-chlortetrahydrochi-          nolin    kuppelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man     eineu    Farbstoff von ähnlichen Eigen  schaften, wenn man     4-Nitro-2-chlor-l-amino-          benzol        diazotiert    und die     Diazoverbindung     mit     1-Butyl-3-oxy-7-methyltetrahydrochinolin     kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     Eine aus<B>17,3</B> Teilen     4-Nitro-2-chlor-l-          aminobenzol    auf dem üblichen Wege darge  stellte     Diazolösung    lässt man in eine kalte  Lösung von 21,9 Teilen 1-Butyl-3-ogy-7-         methyltetrahydrochinolin    in 20 Teilen Salz  säure 230     Be    und 800 Teilen Wasser ein  fliessen und stumpft zur Beendigung der  Kupplung mit     Natriumacetat    ab. Der an  fallende     Farbstoff    färbt     Acetatseide    in blauen       Bordotönen    an.

       Example: A diazo solution prepared from <B> 17.3 </B> parts of 4-nitro-2-chloro-l-aminobenzene in the usual way is poured into a cold solution of 21.9 parts of 1-butyl-3- ogy-7-methyltetrahydroquinoline in 20 parts of hydrochloric acid 230 Be and 800 parts of water are poured in and blunt to complete the coupling with sodium acetate. The resulting dye stains acetate silk in blue Bordeaux tones.

Der erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Aeetat- seide in blauen Bordotönen an.
