L'objet de la présente invention est un appareil pour le travail du sol comprenant un bâti au moins une roue porteuse et au moins un élément, mobile par rapport à ce bâti muni d'outils de travail, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux leviers, l'un, commandant une tringle susceptible de faire varier la position de l'essieu de la roue por teuse par rapport au bâti de l'appareil, l'au tre permettant de déplacer un coulisseau au quel est assujetti au moins une tige reliée à l'élément mobile, le tout étant établi de ma nière que l'essieu et l'élément susmentionné soient susceptibles d'être déplacés par rap port au bâti de l'appareil pendant que celui- ci est en travail;

means being further provided to allow, on the one hand, to fix the levers in determined positions and, on the other hand, to adapt to the mobile element, in locations thereof fixed to the a vance, working tools. The appended drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a partial elevation view of the first form in which the movable elements are arms provided with working tools; Fig. 2 is a plan view of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is a schematic elevation view of the second embodiment in which the mobile elements are the worms of a vineyard plow; Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view of the second embodiment.
The apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, more specifically intended for working in the vineyard, comprises a frame 1 produced by means of two U irons 2 and 3 between which is fitted, among other things, a part 4 provided with a hook 5 to which a traction member can be attached.
The carrying wheels 5 and 6 of the device are mounted on an axle 7 integral with a lever 8 articulated to the frame 1; to the front part of said lever 8 and forming a certain angle with it is welded a part 9 to which is fitted a rod 10 controlled by a lever 11 which a pivot 12 connects to the frame 1.
To determine the depth to be reached by the working tools of the apparatus, the lever 11 is moved around the pivot 12 which, through the rod 10 and the part 9, drives the axle 7 and the rap close to or more or less away from the frame 1.
The desired depth having been reached, the lever 11 is immobilized by means of a tenon 13 capable of engaging with ori fices 14 formed in a portion of drum 15 mounted on the frame 1; the tenon 13 integral with the lever 11 is actuated, via a cable, by means of a handle 16.
Two movable arms 17 and 18 are articulated by means of the pivots 19 and 20 to the flanges 21 and 22 which, by the bolts 23 and 24, are fixed to the frame 1.
Said arms are provided with tools for working the soil and are, by means of rods 25, 26, 27 and 28, held in symmetrical positions with respect to the frame 1.
These rods are secured by means of a pivot 29 to a slide 30 which, under the action of a rigid bar 31, can move in a slide formed between the U-shaped irons 2 and 3 constituting the frame of the device. so that, when the bar 31 is actuated, the arms 17 and 18 pivot in the direction of either the arrows 32 or the arrows 33, so that their spacing can be adjusted to close the width of the space to to work.
The movement of the bar 31 and, consequently, of the rods 25, 26, 27 and 28, is obtained by means of a lever 34, mounted to pivot on the axis 12 and which is driven either in the direction of arrow 44, or in the direction of arrow 45; then, the desired position being reached, said lever 34 is immobilized by means of a tenon 35 engaging in one of the orifices 36 provided in the portion of drum 15.
The arms 17 and 18 are, in predetermined locations, adapted by means of yokes 38, working tools such as cultivating claws or skimmers, which, thanks to the cylindrical shoulders 37 can be moved around their axis 39.
The handles 40, articulated at 12 to the frame of the apparatus, can be immobilized in the desired position using a tenon 41 subjected to the action of a spring 42. The tenon 41 also engages in one of the orifices 43 provided in the portion of drum 15.
The apparatus shown schematically in FIGS. 3 and 4 is a vineyard plow with mouldboards 46 and 47 of which the ends of two rods 48 and 49 are adapted, the other ends of which are fixed to the slide 50. The latter can move on a slide 51 secured to a part. allon gée 52 mounted under age 53 of the plow.
The slide 50 is, by means of a rod 54, controlled by the lever 34 which comprises for this purpose under age 53 a protrusion 55. "To increase or decrease the spacing of the moldboards 46 and 47, it suffices to 'actuate the lever 34, either in the direction of arrow 44, or in the direction of arrow 45, which drives, through the rod 54, the slider neck 50 and, consequently, the rods 48 and 49 .
The embodiments shown are intended for working the soil in which the plants are arranged in rows and between which the device must pass.
They allow during operation, on the one hand, by acting on the lever 11 and consequently on the axle 7 to vary the working depth, on the other hand, by actuating the lever 34 to increase or decrease the width of the worked area.
The devices shown can therefore be quickly and easily adapted to the type of work to be performed, as well as to the width of the surface to be worked.
