Description
Bauelement. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Bauelement, welches eine poröse, ein mineralisches Bindemittel als Bestandteil aufweisende Platte aufweist, welche auf mindestens einer Seite eine aus faserigem Haterial bestehende Platte trägt.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist bei spielsweise ein Bauelement gemäss der Er findung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Endansicht, Fig. 2 eine 'Draufsicht, und Fig. 3 einen Seitenriss desselben.
Das dargestellte Bauelement besteht aus einer porösen, ein mineralisches Bindemittel als Bestandteil aufweisende Platte 1, welche auf jeder Seite eine aus faserigem Material bestehende leichte Platte 2 bezw. 3 trägt. Die Platte 2 ist gegenüber der Platte 1 in der Längs- und in der Querrichtung ver setzt, damit sich beim Zusammensetzen der Bauelemente letztere mit ihren vorstehenden Teilen überlappen und zwischen den Bau elementen keine durchgehende gerade Fuge entsteht. Als Fasermaterial für die Platten 2 und 3 kommt beispielsweise langfaserige Holz wolle in Frage, die zur Herstellung der Platte mit einem Bindemittel getränkt wird.
Die poröse Platte 1 kann zwecks Er zielung grösserer Leichtigkeit und Wärme- und Schallisolationsfähigkeit aus einem Leichtbeton, Zellenbeton etc., bestehen, der zum Beispiel aus Portland-Zement, schnell bindendem Zement, hydraulischem Kalk, Weisskalk etc. als Bindemittel und Klinker als Füllmittel hergestellt werden kann, oder auch aus Zellengips bestehen.
Die genannten mineralischen Bindemittel können einzeln oder eines derselben mit mehr oder weniger der andern erwähnten Bindemittel gemischt verwendet werden. Zur Erzielung grösserer Dicke von Wänden etc. werden zweckmässig mehrere Bauelemente aneinander bezw. Bau elemente mit mehreren solcher poröser Plat ten 1 oder Fasermaterial-Platten 2 und 3 verwendet.
Das vorbeschriebene Bauelement zeichnet sich durch seine Leichtigkeit und ferner durch seine hohe Schall- und Wärmeisola- tionsfähigkeit aus. Das Bauelement eignet sich speziell für Wände, Isolierungen, Deckenkonstruktionen etc.

The component shown consists of a porous, a mineral binder as a component having plate 1, which bezw on each side of a fibrous material consisting of light plate. 3 carries. The plate 2 is opposite to the plate 1 in the longitudinal and transverse directions ver sets so that when assembling the components, the latter overlap with their protruding parts and no continuous straight joint is created between the construction elements. As a fiber material for the panels 2 and 3, for example, long-fiber wood wool comes into question, which is impregnated with a binder to produce the panel.
The porous plate 1 can be made of lightweight concrete, cellular concrete, etc., for the purpose of achieving greater lightness and heat and sound insulation properties, made for example of Portland cement, fast-setting cement, hydraulic lime, white lime, etc. as a binder and clinker as a filler can be, or consist of plaster of paris.
The mineral binders mentioned can be used individually or one of them mixed with more or less of the other binders mentioned. To achieve greater thickness of walls, etc., several components are expediently bezw. Construction elements with several such porous Plat th 1 or fiber material plates 2 and 3 used.
The component described above is distinguished by its lightness and also by its high sound and heat insulation capacity. The building element is particularly suitable for walls, insulation, ceiling structures, etc.
