Kinematographischer Filmbetrachtungsautomat.
Cinematographic film viewer. The subject of the present invention is a cinematographic film viewing machine, which is characterized according to the invention by a darkroom carried by a frame, in which small cinematographs are built in, which are arranged in a ring, equipped with self-checkers and operated by means of a crank handle, which light through the center of the chamber asked,
the outside light falling through a ground glass in the ceiling of the chamber is thrown onto catching mirrors.
This film viewing machine can be set up, for example, in bathing resorts, gaming halls, amusement bars, on public places and trade fairs for the pleasure of young and old, whereby it is particularly desirable for children to have the operation of the small cinematograph in their own hands. The machine can also serve to be able to view amateur cinema recordings immediately in bright sunlight, without having to look around first for a dark room and for a projection device.
The light is always allowed to enter through a screen in the ceiling of the chamber. In the drawing, an Ausführungsbei is shown playing the subject of the invention; therein Fig. 1 is a partially gezeich designated exterior view, Fig. 2 is a horizontal section along line II-II in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a detailed section.
The machine shown has a prismatic body, which consists of frame 1, apparatus part 2 and dome part 3 and is covered by a screen 4.
While the various films and self-tellers (not shown) find space in the frame 1, small kinematographs 6 are built into the walls of the apparatus part separated from the frame by an intermediate floor 5 of the type in which a film illuminated by a light source using a hand crank in front of an eyepiece be moved past.
The eyepieces 7 of these cinematographs come out of the walls of the chamber 8 on the outside of the auto mat, while the crank 9 are arranged in niches 10, which are recessed in the outer walls of the machine and can be closed abge by doors not shown. These niches are so large that the hand using the crank can easily find space in them.
In the middle of the chamber, mirrors 11 inclined at about 45 degrees across from each cinematograph are set up in such a way that light thrown onto the mirror in the direction of the optical axis of the cinematograph by a ground glass 13 built into the dome-shaped ceiling 12 of the chamber onto the inside through the same moveable 35mm film 14 is thrown. There is also at least one in the walls of the darkroom
Lockable door 15 built in, through which the interior of the chamber 8 of the apparatus part is made accessible. The screen 4 stretched over the housing is intended to give the light thrown through the ground glass 13 into the chamber 8 a certain direction.
Therefore, the middle of the screen is also designed as a window 16 made by means of a translucent cellulose film. The umbrella is carried by an umbrella pole 17 which is axially to the machine in. Dome part and apparatus part is held.
The cinematographs are designed in such a way that the films can be unrolled both forwards and backwards, with the unrolled part being placed in the frame of the machine. The beginning and the end of the film are therefore, as Fsg. 8 shows, passed through holes 1.8 in the intermediate base 5 and provided with stops 19 which consist of wooden panels 20 clamped to the film, rounded at the top and still carry a buffer 21 made of felt panels.
These stops indicate the beginning and end of the film to the viewer turning the crank and prevent the film from tearing if the crank is not forced.
