Description
Fadenbremsapparat für Textilmaschinen. Bei den bisher bekannten Fadenbremsap- paraten, bestehend aus zwei, gegeneinander drückenden Bremsplatten, bestand der grosse Nachteil, dass, die gewöhnlich aus gehärte tem Stahl hergestellten Platten sich durch den Faden rasch einschneiden liessen, da vor und nach des Fadenbremsapparates. feste Fadenleitorgane vorgesehen werden mussten,
welche den Faden während,des Durchlaufens durch die Bremsplatten an eine bestimmte Stelle fixierten. Zweck !der Erfindung ist nun, diesem Übelstand abzuhelfen, indem mindestens einem der dem Bremsapparat vor- geschalteten Fa,denleitorgane eine Bewegung erteilt wird, durch die der Faden stets seine Durchlaufstellung zwischen den Bremsplat ten ändert.
Zur Erläuterung diene nachfolgendes Ausführungsbeispiel Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 Draufsicht eines Fadenbremsappa- rates, Fig. 3 Schnitt A-B durch die geschlos senen Bremsplatten, Fig. 4 Schnitt A-B durch die offenen Bremsplatten.
Auf einer Tragstange 1 ist ein Support 2 befestigt, in welchem .die beiden Brems platten 3 und 4 angeordnet sind. Platte 3 ist beweglich um den Scharnierstift 5, während- ,dem Platte 4 mittelst Schraube 6 auf dem Support 2 befestigt ist.
Das. an einem Bind faden 7 und in,der Rolle 8 hängende Gewicht 9 zieht je nach Grösse des Gewichtes 9 die Platte 4 mehr oder weniger fest gegen die Platte 3, wodurch die dem durchlaufenden Faden 10 erteilte Spannung geregelt wird. Auf einer weiteren Tragstange 11 ist der Hebel 14 mit Rolle 15 befestigt, die in ent sprechender Weise :gegen:
eine sieh drehende Hubscheibe 16 gespiesst wird. Fadenleitor- gan 17 dient zur leichten Einführung des Fadens;
zwischen die Bremsplatten, während das Fadenleitorgan 18 den Faden, nach dem Durchlauf en, durch die Bremsplatten, in ge- wo@llter Richtung weiter leitet. Durch die Drehbewegung der Hubseheibe 1-6, bewegt sich nun der Fadenführer 13 beständig zwi- scheu :
der in Fig. 1 fest eingezeichneten und der punktierten Stellung, somit wandert auch. der Faden in der Berührungsebene der beiden Bremsplatten 3 und 4 andauernd zwischen .den beiden eingezeichneten Stellungen, wo durch ein Einschneiden :des Fadens in die Bremsplatten '3, resp. 4 ausgesohlossen ist.

On a support rod 1, a support 2 is attached, in which .die two brake plates 3 and 4 are arranged. Plate 3 is movable around the hinge pin 5, while the plate 4 is fastened to the support 2 by means of a screw 6.
