Gegen Schall isolierte Bodenkonstruktion.
Floor construction insulated against sound. The subject of the present invention is a sound-insulated floor construction, in which in a means of an elastic, sound-proofing intermediate layer resting on a lower part of the bearing part of the floor fastening organs are used with play and their heads are lowered ver to the elastic together press the sound-proofing intermediate layer to prevent rigid support of the upper part of the floor by the fastening elements. Because there is no rigid connection between tween the upper part and the lower part of the floor in this floor construction, very good insulation of the floor against sound is achieved.
The elastic, soundproof intermediate layer in this floor construction is usefully a hair felt mat.
In the drawing, three execution examples of the subject invention are provided.
Fig. 1 shows a partial vertical section of the first example of the floor construction; Fig. 2 is a corresponding partial section of the second embodiment and Fig. 3 is a partial section of the third game.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the lower part .der floor construction has T-iron girders 1, between which hourdis 2 and a concrete layer 3 are supported. In the Rourdis 2 and the Überbetonsschicht 3 are used, at intervals, from one carrier 1 to the other reaching wooden trusses 4, one of which is shown in Fig. 1 in section.
On the concrete layer 3 of this lower part is an elastic, soundproofing, expediently consisting of a hair felt mat intermediate layer b and on the same formed as a blind bottom bearing part 6 is applied. This bearing part 6 is connected to the lower part by a nails 7 hammered into the wooden traverse 4, and each nail 7 goes with play through a bore of the bearing part 6 and its head lies in a recess 8 of the bearing part 6 so that the same with elastic compression of the sound-insulating intermediate layer b, does not support the parquet 9 resting on the bearing part 6. With this floor construction, any rigid connection between the upper part and lower part of the floor is avoided.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the lower part of the floor structure consists of concrete 10, in which dowels 11 are inserted and over which there is an intermediate layer 12 consisting of a felt mat, on which a bearing part 13 rests above the dowels 11, which is centered in the dowels 11. screwed in screws 14 with the lower part 10, 11 is connected. The screws 14 go with play through bores in the bearing part 13 and their heads are located in a countersink 15 of the bearing part, so that there is also no rigid connection between the bearing part 13 and the lower part 10, 11. The bearing part 13 carries a long belt blind floor 16 on which the parquet 17 is attached.
The floor construction according to the exemplary embodiment from FIG. 3 has a lower part as a wooden framework 18, onto which a sound-insulating intermediate layer 19 made of a felted mat is placed. Above the entablature 18 placed on the intermediate layer 19 bearing part 20 is a hammered nails 21 with the .latter -ver connected to the entablature 18. These nails 21 in turn go with play through bores in the bearing part 20 and their heads lie in a countersink 22 of the bearing part, so that here too there is no rigid connection between the bearing part 20 of the floor and the framework 18.
The bearing part 20 carries the long belt blind floor 23 and the latter the parquet 24 ..
