Description
B. Messing.
Device for the detachable connection of two wooden parts to be screwed together. The present invention relates to a device for the detachable connection of two wooden parts to be screwed together, in particular the sash double-glazed windows according to the claim of the main patent.
The device according to the latter is characterized by a threadless seat sleeve to be inserted into one part as a seat for the screw and by a sleeve dowel to be inserted into the other part as a nut, the two parts to be inserted into bores of the wooden parts to be connected with projections ver are, which are intended to step out laterally radially and penetrate into the wood when a set by occurring in the axial direction impact effect.
In the device according to the invention, the sleeve dowel is provided at the lower end with a guide head, which consists of one piece with it.
An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the drawing as an example, namely: Figure 1 shows a sleeve dowel in longitudinal section; Fig. 2 shows the sleeve dowel in view during insertion; FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 shows a further side view of the sleeve dowel.
As shown in Fig. 2-4, the sleeve dowel 2, which has a thread for the screw 5, at the lower end two opposite lobes 2b, the thickness of which tapers towards the end and at the lower end have a beveled tip 2c. A truncated conical guide head 3 is attached to these tips, which consists of one piece with the sleeve, with only an extremely small material thickness remaining between the tips of the tabs 2b on the one hand and this guide head 2c on the other, which are shattered by an axially guided blow can.
If you now put the sleeve dowel 2 in the hole provided for this purpose in the frame .Ra and hit it axially with the hammer, the connection points of the guide head @ 3 break with the tabs 2U and the tips of the latter slide along the conical flank of the guide head with white direct blows , bend outwards and kick. iiis wood, as shown in FIG. 1. The sleeve dowel is conveniently made of a soft, tough metal, e.g. B. Brass.
