Description

  

      Vorrichtung    zum Befestigen von Stielen an Schrubbern, Besen dergleichen.    Bei den bekannten Befestigungsarten ist  vielfach der Übelstand vorhanden, dass bei  nach längerem Gebrauch sich lösender Be  festigung die beiden verbundenen Teile nur  schwer wieder aneinander befestigt werden  können.  



  Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll die  ser Übelstand vermieden werden.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt.     Abb.    1 ist ein Längsschnitt; die     Abb.     2 und 4 zeigen je eine Seitenansicht, und       Abb.    3 ist ein Grundriss mit teilweisem  Schnitt.  



  Der zu befestigende Stiel wird in die       Öffnung    am rechten Ende     (Abb.    1 und 3) der  Vorrichtung gesteckt und durch in die Löcher  7 und 8 gesteckte Holzschrauben befestigt.  



  Die nun am Stiel befestigte Vorrichtung  führt man mit dem Gewinde 1 und 2 voran  in das übliche, zur Befestigung des Stieles  bestimmte Loch des Schrubbers oder Besens  und dreht die Mutter 5     beispielweise    mittelst  eines in das Loch gesteckten Stiftes. Das  keilförmige Ende 3 des Bolzens 4 zieht sich    dabei in die     (Öffnung    zwischen den Teilen  1 und 2 hinein und drückt so den obern  Teil 2, der am untern Teil 1 drehbar ge  lagert ist, von diesem ab. Das Aussengewinde  wird dadurch in das Holz des Schrubbers  oder Besens     hineingepresst.    Ein Lockerwerden  der Verbindung bei längerem Gebrauch kann  durch weiteres Anziehen der Mutter 5 ohne  weiters behoben werden.  



       Zweckmässigerweise    wird die Vorrichtung,  um rostfrei zu sein, aus Weissmetall her  gestellt.

  The handle to be attached is inserted into the opening at the right end (Fig. 1 and 3) of the device and fastened by wood screws inserted into holes 7 and 8.



  The device now attached to the handle is led with the thread 1 and 2 first into the usual hole of the scrubber or broom intended for fastening the handle and rotates the nut 5, for example by means of a pin inserted into the hole. The wedge-shaped end 3 of the bolt 4 pulls into the opening between parts 1 and 2 and thus pushes the upper part 2, which is rotatably mounted on the lower part 1. The external thread is thereby inserted into the wood of the scrubber or broom in. A loosening of the connection during prolonged use can be remedied without further ado by tightening the nut 5 further.



       The device is expediently made of white metal in order to be rust-free.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum Befestigen von Stielen an Schrubbern, Besen und dergleichen, ge kennzeichnet durch ein mindestens zweiteili ges, mit Gewinde versehenes Organ (2, 1) und einen mit einer Schraubenmutter ver- sehenen Gewindebolzen, dessen eines Ende keilförmig ausgebildet ist, das Ganze derart, dass beim Anziehen der Mutter die beiden Teile des Organes auseinander gedrückt werden.
