Werkzeug mit auswechselbarem Arbeitsteil. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Werkzeug mit auswechselbarem Arbeitsteil von an sich bekannter Art, z. B. ein Beil, einen Hammer und dergleichen. Das Werkzeug gemäss der Erfindung unter scheidet sich von den bisher bekannten Werkzeugen der vorerwähnten Art dadurch, dass der auswechselbare Arbeitsteil des je weils in Frage kommenden Werkzeuges mit dem den Arbeitsteil tragenden Teil des Werkzeuges ohne Verwendung von Schrau ben, Muttern oder dergleichen verbunden ist, wobei das Werkzeug so ausgebildet sein kann, dass die Trennung des Arbeitsteils von seinem Träger jederzeit auf einfachste Weise zu bewerkstelligen ist.
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist als Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ein Beil dargestellt. In der Zeichnung zeigt: Fig. 1 das Beil in einem Aufriss in ge brauchsfähigem Zustande, Fig. 2 den auswechselbaren Arbeitsteil des Beils, und Fig. 3 den mit dem Stiel des Beils ver- bundenen Träger, das sogenannte Öhr im Aufriss, Fig. 4 das zum Lösen des Arbeitsteils von dem Öhr dienende Hilfswerkzeug, Fig. 5 einen wagrechten Schnitt nach Linie ..-B der Fig. 1 durch das gebrauchs fertige Beil.
Das in der Zeichnung beispielsweise dar gestellte und als Beil ausgebildete Werkzeug besteht aus dem, auf dem Stiel 1 befestig ten sogenannten Öhr 2 und dem mit diesem auswechselbar verbundenen Arbeitsteil 3. Zur Herstellung der Verbindung des Arbeits teils 3 mit dem Öhr 2 ist der Teil 3 auf seiner Rückseite mit den beiden keilför migen Ansätzen 4 (Fig. 2 und 5) und das Öhr 2 auf seiner Vorderseite mit den beiden keilförmigen Aussparungen 5 versehen. Die Verbindung des Teils 3 mit dem Öhr 2 erfolgt durch die Einführung der Ansätze 4 in die Aussparungen 5, in denen die Ansätze 4 und somit der Arbeitsteil 3 Passsitz finden, durch den die feste Verbindung des Teils 3 mit dem Öhr 2 gewährleistet wird.
Um die Verbindung der beiden Teile 2 und 3 miteinander jederzeit leicht lösen und so den Arbeitsteil 3,4 gegen einen andern auswechseln zu können, ist der Arbeitsteil 3 auf seiner Rückseite zwischen den beiden Ansätzen 4 mit einer konisch verlaufenden Nut 6 (Fig. 1 und 2) versehen, die die Ein führung des in Fig. 4 dargestellten Dornes 7 zwischen den Arbeitsteil 3 und das Öhr 2 ermöglicht. Durch das Eintreiben des Dornes 7 in die Nut 6 werden die Ansätze 4 des Arbeitsteils 3 aus den Aussparungen 5 des Öhrs 2 herausgeführt und somit der Arbeits teil 3 von dem Öhr 2 gelöst, so dass der Arbeitsteil 3 durch einen andern ersetzt werden kann.
Tool with exchangeable working part. The present invention relates to a tool with a replaceable working part of a type known per se, e.g. B. a hatchet, a hammer and the like. The tool according to the invention differs from the previously known tools of the aforementioned type in that the replaceable working part of the tool in question is connected to the part of the tool carrying the working part without the use of screws, nuts or the like, whereby the tool can be designed in such a way that the working part can be separated from its carrier at any time in the simplest possible manner.
In the accompanying drawing, an ax is shown as an embodiment of the invention. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows the ax in an elevation in a usable state, FIG. 2 the exchangeable working part of the ax, and FIG. 3 the support connected to the handle of the ax, the so-called eye in elevation, FIG. 4 the auxiliary tool used to loosen the working part from the eye, FIG. 5 shows a horizontal section along line ..- B of FIG. 1 through the ready-made ax.
The tool shown in the drawing, for example, and designed as a hatchet consists of the so-called eye 2 fastened on the handle 1 and the working part 3 interchangeably connected to it. To connect the working part 3 to the eye 2, part 3 is on its back with the two keilför shaped approaches 4 (Fig. 2 and 5) and the eye 2 on its front with the two wedge-shaped recesses 5 provided. The connection of the part 3 with the eye 2 is made by the introduction of the lugs 4 into the recesses 5, in which the lugs 4 and thus the working part 3 find a snug fit, through which the firm connection of the part 3 with the eye 2 is ensured.
In order to easily loosen the connection of the two parts 2 and 3 with each other at any time and so to be able to exchange the working part 3, 4 for another one, the working part 3 is on its rear side between the two lugs 4 with a conical groove 6 (Fig. 1 and 2) provided, which enables the introduction of the mandrel 7 shown in FIG. 4 between the working part 3 and the eye 2. By driving the mandrel 7 into the groove 6, the lugs 4 of the working part 3 are led out of the recesses 5 of the eye 2 and thus the working part 3 is detached from the eye 2 so that the working part 3 can be replaced by another.
