Elektrische Lampe.
Bei elektrischen Lampen üblicher Netz spannungen (110-220 Volt) und üblichem Stromverbrauch (15 Watt bis etwa 300 Watt) haben die aus Kupfer bestehenden Strom. zuführungsdräbte in der Regel höchstens einen Durchmesser von 0,30-0,35 mm. Der artige Drähte sind verhältnismässig weich und gegen Zug wenig widerstandsfähig;
Electric lamp. In order to prevent the occasional loosening of the base in electric lamps, various proposals for fixing the base with the elimination of putty have been made. However, up to now these proposals have not found any greater practical significance because they either required a too complicated design of the base or the vascular neck.
The invention aims to achieve a very secure setting of putty-free sockets on the vessel neck of electric lamps with extremely a fold formation of the base and vessel neck, in a known manner using a longitudinal groove have the vessel neck, in which corresponding notches of the base engage. For this purpose, according to the invention notches through the mutual engagement of the base and longitudinal grooves of the Gefässhal ses from twisting the base prevented by the stretched between the pinch point of the Fussroh res and the base bottom plate current supply wire secured against pulling ge.
This power supply wire is accordingly used in a novel way as a Halteor gan for the base. In order for it to be able to fulfill this task, it must naturally be stretched sufficiently tight and also have sufficient tensile strength.
Electric lamps with normal mains voltages (110-220 volts) and normal power consumption (15 watts to about 300 watts) have electricity made of copper. Feeder wires usually have a maximum diameter of 0.30-0.35 mm. The like wires are relatively soft and not very resistant to train;
When soldering the power supply wire leading to the base plate, it was never important to stretch it particularly tightly, because if the wire was stretched taut, due to its low strength, there was always the risk that it would tear.
However, as has been found, this risk does not occur if either the current feed wire made of copper is given a much larger cross-section, or a metal or an alloy is used for the manufacture of a power supply wire with the usual cross-section which has a considerably greater tensile strength than copper. For example, one can use a power supply wire to produce the power supply wire which acts as a holding element and is to be tensioned tightly.
Copper wire with a diameter of more than 0.5 mm, ie with a cross-section that is more than twice the cross-section of the most common power supply wires, use ver without the risk of tearing through. -: Suitable for the production of the power supply wire, but also example wires of the usual thickness, i.e. only about 0.3 mm in diameter, made of beryllium or phosphor bronze, and steel.
If a power supply wire of sufficiently high tensile strength between the pinch point of the foot tube and the base plate is taut, it is certain that neither a pulling off of the base in the longitudinal direction of the lamp nor even a loosening of the base can occur. It is accordingly with such a configuration of the lead to the base plate Füh-generating power supply wire to provide on the base and vessel neck be special locking elements against the removal of the base in the longitudinal direction of the lamp. Rather, it is sufficient if the longitudinal grooves that are easy to attach are provided on the neck of the vessel and the notches that are also easy to attach are provided on the base.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of an electric lamp designed according to the invention is an electric incandescent lamp in Fig. 1 in vertical section is provided.
Fig. 2 shows the base part of the lamp according to Fig. 1 in side view; Ahh. 3 shows a section through a modified embodiment of an electrical incandescent lamp, and FIG. 4 again shows a side view of the base part of this lamp.
The lamp shown in Figs. 1 and 2 consists in a known manner of a closed glass vessel 1, a foot tube 2, at the pinch point 3, the fused end of the vent tube 4 and the support stem 5 for the holding wires 7 supporting the spiral lamp body 6 are melted. On the cylindrical neck part 8 of the glass vessel 1, a conventional Edison base is pushed, which consists of a screw sleeve 9, an insulation 10 and a base plate 11.
In the neck part 8 of the glass vessel 1, two or more longitudinal grooves 12 are made, in which pocket-shaped, the Ver turn the base preventing notches 13-. The base enter. With the En of the spiral lamp body 6, two existing copper power supply wires 14, 15 are connected, which, as usual, are fused airtight into the pinch point 3. One power supply wire 14 is bent downward over the vessel neck while being inserted into a groove 12 and after leading out of the base into the pocket-shaped indentation 13 belonging to the groove in question, and then firmly soldered into it.
While this power supply wire 14 has the usual wire diameter at the front 0.3-0.35 mm, the other power supply wire 15 leading to the base plate 11 has a diameter of more than 0.5 mm, expediently about 0.6-0 , 8 mm. It is taut between the foot tube squeeze point 3 and the base plate 11 so that the base is not loosened in the slightest in the longitudinal direction, but cannot be torn off the neck of the vessel even with strong hand force.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the neck of the vessel is provided with a pressed-in thread 16. In this case, the base has the shape of a cap which adjoins the vessel thread and consists of a ring 17, an insulation 18 and a base plate 19. The ring 17 has two or more notches 20 which engage in corresponding short longitudinal grooves 21 at the upper end of the vessel thread 16. Again, the power supply wire 14 is guided to the outside below the one notch 20 and is soldered to it.
The other, considerably stronger power supply wire 15 is again between the pinch point's 3 and the bottom plate 19 stretched tight.
In the same way as the bases of electric incandescent lamps, the bases of other electrical lamps, such as cathode glow lamps, tungsten arc lamps and Cäleichrichter lamps, can also be attached to the neck of the vessel.
