Description
Verfahren zur Darstellnng eines Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man den aus 2-Aminoan- thrachinon-3-diäthylsulfonamid erhältlichen Leukoschwefelsäureester in alkalischem Me dium mit Bleisuperoxyd oxydiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 400 Gewichtsteile des Dikaliumsalzes aus 2 -Amiiioanthrachinon - 3 - diäthylsulfonamid dargestellten Leukoschwefelsäureesters (ent haltend 115 Gewichtsteile 2-Aminoanthra- chinon-3-diäthylsulfonamid) werden unter Zu satz von 100 Gewichtsteilen 33prozentiger Natronlauge in 1000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser gelöst. Bei einer Temperatur von<B>705</B> bis 80 0 gibt man 320 Gewichtsteile einer Bleisuper oxydpaste von 46,4 /o zu und rührt etwa 3 Stunden.
Nun leitet man C0.. ein, bis die Natronlauge in Natriumcarbonat übergeführt ist, saugt ab und isoliert aus der gelben Lösung durch Aussalzen als Endprodukt des Verfahrens eine neue Verbindung in Form goldgelber Nadeln. Sie löst sich in Wasser mit gelber Farbe und grüner Fluoreszenz. Mineralsäuren fällen einen violettroten Nie derschlag, der durch saure Oxydationsmittel in ein lebhaftes. Blau umgewandelt wird, vermutlich in das 3 . 3'-Di (diäthylsulfonamid) des Indanthrens.
