Description

  

  Einrichtung zum Festklemmen der Sattelstütze im     Aufnahmerohrstück    des  Fahrradgestelles.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Einrichtung zum Festklemmen der  Sattelstütze im     Aufnahmerohrstück    des Fahr  radgestelles, bei welcher in das Klemmrohr  der Sattelstütze, welches einen seitlichen  Längsschlitz aufweist, eine Spreizvorrichtung  eingeführt ist, welche aus zwei sich zu einem  Zylinder ergänzenden Teilen besteht, in deren  einen quer zur Längsachse des Zylinders  eine Schraube eingesetzt ist, deren Kopf  seitlich aus dem Längsschlitz des Klemm  rohres der Sattelstütze     herausragt,    das Ganze  derart, dass durch Einschrauben der Schraube  die beiden Zylinderteile der     Spreizvoririchtung     auseinander gedrückt werden,

   wodurch das  Klemmrohr der Sattelstütze erweitert und  im     Aufnahmerohrstück    festgeklemmt wird.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt. Es zeigen       Fig.1    eine Seitenansicht der Einrichtung,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie I-1  in     Fig.    1,         Fig.    3 eine Seitenansicht der     Spreizvor-          richtung    allein und       Fig.    4 einen Schnitt durch die     Spreiz-          vorrichtung.     



  In das     Aufnahmerohrstück    1 des Fahrrad  gestelles ist das Klemmrohr 2 einer Sattel  stütze eingeschoben. Dieses Klemmrohr 2  weist seitlich einen Längsschlitz 3 auf und  ferner eine     Spreizvorrichtung,    welche aus  zwei sich ergänzenden Zylinderhälften 4  und 5 besteht, die in dieses Klemmrohr 2  eingeschoben sind. Die Zylinderhälfte 4 der  Spreizvorrichtung weist quer zur Zylinder  achse ein Gewindeloch auf, in welches eine  Schraube 6 eingeschraubt ist, deren Kopf  seitlich aus dem Längsschlitz des Klemm  rohres 2 der Sattelstütze herausragt. Durch  Einschrauben dieser Schraube 6 wird die  Zylinderhälfte 5 von der Zylinderhälfte 4  weggedrückt. Das Klemmrohr 2 der Sattel  stütze wird dadurch erweitert und im Auf  nahmerohrstück 1 festgeklemmt.

   Das Rohr  stück 1 weist oben eine Aussparung 7 auf,      in welche die aus dem seitlichen Längs  schlitz 3 des Klemmrohres 2 der Sattelstütze  herausragende Schraube 6 zu liegen kommt.  Die Zylinderhälften 4 und 5 der     Spreizvor-          richtung    weisen an ihrem Umfange eine  Nute 8 auf. In diese Nute 8 ist ein federnder  Ring 9     eingelegt;    welcher die beiden Zylinder  hälften 4 und 5 zusammenhält. Die Zylinder  hälfte 4 der Spreizvorrichtung weist ferner  oberhalb des Gewindeloches für die Schraube 6  eine Nase 10 auf, welche im Längsschlitz 3  des Klemmrohres 2 der Sattelstütze liegt  und so eine Verdrehung innerhalb dieses  Klemmrohres verunmöglicht.

  In the receiving tube 1 of the bicycle frame, the clamping tube 2 of a saddle support is inserted. This clamping tube 2 has a longitudinal slot 3 on the side and also an expanding device which consists of two complementary cylinder halves 4 and 5 which are pushed into this clamping tube 2. The cylinder half 4 of the spreader has a threaded hole transversely to the cylinder axis, into which a screw 6 is screwed, the head of which protrudes laterally from the longitudinal slot of the clamping tube 2 of the seat post. By screwing in this screw 6, the cylinder half 5 is pushed away from the cylinder half 4. The clamping tube 2 of the saddle support is expanded and clamped in on receiving tube 1.

   The pipe piece 1 has a recess 7 above, in which the protruding screw 6 comes to lie from the lateral longitudinal slot 3 of the clamping tube 2 of the seat post. The cylinder halves 4 and 5 of the spreading device have a groove 8 on their circumference. A resilient ring 9 is inserted into this groove 8; which the two cylinder halves 4 and 5 hold together. The cylinder half 4 of the spreader also has a nose 10 above the threaded hole for the screw 6, which is located in the longitudinal slot 3 of the clamping tube 2 of the seat post and thus prevents rotation within this clamping tube.

Claims
