Description

  

  Verfahren zur Erzeugung von     Kopiervorlagen    für Druckformen.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ver  fahren zur Erzeugung von Kopiervorlagen  für Druckformen.  



  Es sind Verfahren bekannt, bei welchen  zur Erzeugung von Kopiervorlagen der Schrift  satz durch entsprechende     Vorbehandlung    der  art präpariert wird, dass derselbe ein Nega  tiv darstellt. Von diesem Schriftsatz werden  durch photographische Aufnahme positive  Bilder der Schriftzeichen hergestellt, die als  dann mit den auf bekannte Weise erzeugten  Diapositiven von den Bildern zu einer ge  neinsamen Schriftzeichen und Bilder enthal  tenden Montage zusammengestellt, kopiert  und geätzt werden. Der Nachteil dieses Ver  fahrens besteht darin, dass von Schriftzeichen  und Bildern getrennte Aufnahmen gemacht  werden müssen, die dann nachher zusammen  gestellt werden, was einen wesentlichen Ma  terial- und Zeitverlust zur Folge hat.  



  Davon unterscheidet sich das Verfahren  gemäss vorliegender Erfindung dadurch, dass  man in dein im Schriftsatz für die Bilder  freigelassenen Raum das auf einem transpa-         renten    Träger befindliche Druckbild auf licht  reflektierender oder emittierender Unterlage  anordnet und alsdann Schriftsatz und Bild  gleichzeitig photographiert und daraus eine  Kopiervorlage fertigstellt, zum Zwecke,     mit-          telst    einer einzigen Aufnahme eine sowohl  Bild als Schrift enthaltende Kopiervorlage  zu erhalten.  



  Dieses Verfahren kann z. B. wie folgt  ausgeführt werden:  Als Ausgangspunkt dient der Schriftsatz  er wird auf bekannte Weise vorbehandelt,  so dass er entweder als negative oder auch  als positive Schrift erscheint. Die im Schrift  satz mit Blindmaterial nicht ausgefüllten  Räume für die Abbildungen werden dann  mit einer Licht     reflektierenden    oder emit  tierenden Unterlage, wie z. B. Alabaster  gips, oder einer mit einer phosphoreszie  renden Substanz durchsetzten Unterlage  belegt. Auf diese Unterlage werden die  auf einem transparenten Träger befindlichen  Druckbilder, also die Negative oder Diaposi  tive von den Abbildungen auf das gleiche      Niveau wie das Bild des Schriftsatzes ein  gesetzt.

   Als Negative und Diapositive könn  ten auch Drucke, Zeichnungen aufgelegt  werden.     Alsdann    werden Schriftsatz und  Bild gleichzeitig eventuell unter     Verwendung     eines Rasters photographiert und daraus eine  Kopiervorlage fertiggestellt. Es werden also  auf diese Weise negative oder positive Kopier  vorlagen von den Schriftzeichen und Bildern  in einer Aufnahme hergestellt.
