Description

Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen und gleichmäßigen Kopieren von Text und Bild für Tiefdruckformen. Die Herstellung des Textdiapositiven für Tiefdruckformen erfolgte früher in der Weise, daß man den Text mit Typen unter Verwendung gewöhnlicher Druckfarbe auf eine lichtdurchlässige Unterlage druckte, oder aber auf solche photographierte. Dieses Textdiapositiv wurde gleichzeitig mit dem Bilddiapositiv auf die Chromatkolloidschicht kopiert. Da die Typenbilder vollkommen lichtundurchlässig sind, das Bild jedoch ein Halbton bildet. so ist es nicht möglich, beide Teile gleichmäßig zu ätzen, da die Typenbilder von der Ätzflüssigkeit zu stark angegriffen werden würden, falls man ohne Rücksicht auf sie das Bild fertig ätzen wollte. Man hat sich dadurch beholfen, daß man eine ungleichmäßige Kopierzeit anwandte oder die Ätzung, sobald die Typen-Bilder eine genügende Tiefe erhalten hatten, unterbrach, sie abdeckte und dann erst das Bild fertig ätzte.
