La présente invention se rapporte à une capsule de bouchage pour bouteilles et autres récipients, dont le goulot comporte un bour relet et un pas de vis, du genre comprenant une jupe dont la partie supérieure est desti née à être forcée en contact avec le pas de vis que comporte le goulot du récipient, et la partie inférieure séparée de la partie supé rieure par une ligne de perforations et desti née à être sertie au-dessous du bourrelet que comporte le goulot du récipient,
cette capsule étant caractérisée en ce que la partie infé rieure de la jupe possède un bord s'évasant vers l'extérieur, afin de faciliter l'engagement de la capsule sur le goulot dans l'outil à cap- suler, et plus particulièrement à assurer la grise de contact avec le galet destiné à sertir ledit berd sous le bourrelet mentionné plus haut.
Dans une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention, les perforations séparant la partie inférieure de la partie supérieure de la jupe ont leurs bords adjacents convergeant vers le haut, afin de faciliter la rupture de la ligne de perforations lors du dévissage de la partie supérieure de la capsule, et laissant après la dite rupture le bord inférieur de la partie su périeure -de la capsule égal et propre.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 montre une coupe verticale par tielle d'une capsule placée sur le goulot d'une bouteille avant que l'outil de capsulage ait été appliqué; La fig. 2 est une coupe de la même capsule après que la machine à capsuler a forcé le métal de la partie supérieure .de la jupe dans le pas de vis et a serti le bord inférieur de la jupe sous le bourrelet prévu à cet effet sur le col de la bouteille;
La fig. 3 montre la partie supérieure de la capsule après dévissage, cette partie étant séparée de la partie inférieure de la jupe et présentant, au lieu d'un bourrelet pour la pro tection .des .doigts, comme il est le cas aux fig. 1 et 2, une ligne<B>de</B> bossages.
La capsule représentée aux fi-. 1 et \? comprend une partie supérieure légèrement incurvée 1 munie d'une rondelle 2 en une ma tière convenable, par exemple en caoutchouc. La jupe de cette capsule comprend une partie supérieure 3 et une partie inférieure 4 sépa rées par des perforations 5.
La partie supérieure 3 est destinée à être forcée dans le pas de vis 6 du goulot du ré cipient, alors que la partie inférieure 4 est destinée à être sertie sous le bourrelet 7 dudit goulot.
Comme on peut le voir à. la fig. 1, la par tie inférieure 4 .de la jupe possède un bord 8 qui s'épanouit vers l'extérieur, de façon à as surer un engagement parfait avec l'outil de sertissage lors de l'opération de bouchage de la bouteille. Les perforations 5 ont des bords adjacents 9 et 10 convergeant vers le haut, en sorte que la rupture de la partie 4 est facili tée et le bord de la partie supérieure de la capsule présente une apparence propre.
En dévissant la partie supérieure de la capsule, la rupture de la ligne de perfora tions se produit. Le bord inférieur de cette partie supérieure 3. bien que proprement sec tionné, est tranchant, étant donné la faible épaisseur du métal de la capsule, métal qui est -de préférence de l'aluminium.
Le bourre let 11 (fig. 1 et 2) ou la ligne de bossages 12 (fig. 3) sert à éviter aux doigts tout contact avec le bord tranchant de la ligne de per forations au cours du premier dévissage et au cours des revissages et dévissages successifs de la capsule. g la fig. 3, les bossages ont la. forme -de projections hémisphériques, mais il est bien compris que ces bossages peuvent avoir toute forme convenable.

The capsule shown in fi-. 1 and \? comprises a slightly curved upper part 1 provided with a washer 2 made of a suitable material, for example rubber. The skirt of this capsule comprises an upper part 3 and a lower part 4 separated by perforations 5.
The upper part 3 is intended to be forced into the screw thread 6 of the neck of the receptacle, while the lower part 4 is intended to be crimped under the bead 7 of the said neck.
As we can see at. fig. 1, the lower part 4 of the skirt has an edge 8 which opens out outwards, so as to have perfect engagement with the crimping tool during the bottle capping operation. The perforations 5 have adjacent edges 9 and 10 converging upwards, so that the breaking of the part 4 is facilitated and the edge of the upper part of the capsule has a clean appearance.
By unscrewing the upper part of the capsule, the rupture of the line of perforations occurs. The lower edge of this upper part 3. although properly sectioned, is sharp, given the small thickness of the metal of the capsule, which metal is preferably aluminum.
