Resilient mounting for part of the locomotion device for Notorfahrzengen with a central, tubular support body. The invention relates to a flexible storage for part of the forward movement device of motor vehicles with a central, tubular support body, which expediently completely replaces the chassis frame. As parts of the Fort movement device come z. B. engine, gearbox or drive axle for the wheels, but also groups of individual parts (aggregate gate) in question. The part to be stored can be arranged in the front or rear of the vehicle; it can e.g.
B. at each end of the vehicle a fiction according to be provided to be stored unit, one of which comprises the engine and the other the impeller gear axle.
A direct connection between the part to be stored and the central tubular support body has the disadvantage that all vibrations, the source of which is the motor, the transmission or the drive axle, are transmitted through the support body to the other parts of the vehicle and because of the resonance numerous other components of the car are uncomfortable.
This deficiency is remedied by the subject matter of the invention in that the resilient part to be stored is supported using elastic intermediate layers at three points arranged in a triangle with respect to the central support body, with one bearing point at the ends of the two arms provided at the end of the central support body fork and the third bearing is provided in the middle of the fork, this third bearing is formed only by inserting the resiliently mounted part.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention.
1 shows a flexible mounting for an assembly comprising the engine and the transmission in an elevation, partially in section; FIG. 2 shows the floor plan belonging to FIG. 1, also partially in section. As can be seen from the drawing, the unit 1 comprising the engine, the gearbox and the rear drive axle of the wheels is connected by means of the fork 3 to the central support tube 2 of the vehicle chassis.
The arm ends of the fork 3 carry the bearings 4 with the rubber insert 5 for the cross support tube 6 of the unit 1. The cross support tube 6 is closed at the ends by the closures 7, so that here at the ends of the tube 6 circular support surfaces are formed, which rest on the rubber insert 5 in. Transverse direction.
On the transmission housing of the unit 1, an arm 8 mounted with its end in the rubber in position 9 is attached; the rubber insert 9 is in turn accommodated in the front mouth of the tube 2, which is located in the middle of the fork 3.
In this way, all movements and vibrations of the unit 1 are completely absorbed and elastically damped ge, and the assembly itself is made much easier, since the unit 1 can be uncoupled from the fork 3 by simply removing the cover of the bearing 4.
Of course, the same position can be used for cars with front drive or for those in which the motor and .Schaltge gearbox are arranged on one end of the vehicle and the drive axle on the other. In the latter embodiment, both the motor with the gearbox and the drive axle are mounted in the specified manner by means of a fork, while the coupling shaft is allowed to pass through the tube, the rubber insert in the tube merely being provided with a corresponding opening.
The invention is particularly suitable for vehicles with independently moving up and down wheels, the swing axles supporting the wheels and appropriate springs that carry the wheels or against which they are only supported, with the related part in the specified way afterwards are connected.
