Description

  

  Polsterung für Tragriemen.    Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Polste  rung für Tragriemen von     Tragräfen,    Ruck  säcken     etc.,    bei welchem als Polstermaterial  Schwammgummi verwendet ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt,  und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Schulterriemen,       Fig.    2 einen Lendenriemen mit der neuen  Polsterung schaubildlich, und       Fig.    3 ist ein Querschnitt der Polsterung.  Für die Polsterung nach vorliegender Er  findung ist als Polstermaterial Schwamm  gummi 1 verwendet, welcher in solcher Dicke  gewählt ist, dass bei seiner Deformierung die  Riemenränder 2 überdeckt werden können.  Der Schwammgummi ist mittelst eines Leder  futters 3 und mittelst Rahmennaht 4 auf  dem Riemen befestigt.  



  Eine so beschaffene Polsterung fällt na  mentlich für die Schulterriemen nach     Fig.    1  und die Lendenriemen auf den Lenden sich  abstützende Riemen nach     Fig.2    in Betracht    und bietet den Vorteil, dass eine bleibende  Deformierung nicht leicht eintritt und das  Polstermaterial nicht unter Feuchtigkeit lei  det. Durch seine natürliche Elastizität nimmt  der Schwammgummi die Stösse der Last auf  und schont dadurch die belasteten Körper  teile.  



  Die Polsterung könnte auch als selbstän  diges Stück auf den Riemen aufgebracht sein  und mittelst Schlaufen oder Nieten an die  sem befestigt werden.

For the upholstery according to the present invention, sponge rubber 1 is used as the padding material, which is selected in such a thickness that the belt edges 2 can be covered when it is deformed. The sponge rubber is attached to the belt by means of a leather lining 3 and a frame seam 4.



  A padding made in this way falls mainly for the shoulder straps according to FIG. 1 and the lumbar straps on the lumbar straps according to FIG. 2 and offers the advantage that permanent deformation does not easily occur and the cushioning material does not suffer from moisture. Due to its natural elasticity, the sponge rubber absorbs the impact of the load and thus protects the stressed parts of the body.



  The padding could also be applied to the belt as an independent piece and attached to it by means of loops or rivets.
