Cuisinière électrique. L'invention a pour objet une cuisinière électrique, dont le dessin ci-joint montre, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe ver ticale, représentant la partie supérieure avant d'une cuisinière et les deux parties extrêmes supérieures du four supposées rapprochées l'une de l'autre; La fig. 2 montre un détail à plus grande échelle ; La fig. 3 est une vue en plan par-dessus d'une portion de la partie avant de la cui sinière, des pièces étant supposées enlevées; Les fig. 4 et 5 concernent un corps de chauffe situé à la partie supérieure du four, et représenté en partie fig. 1.
Les interrupteurs 1, à boutons de ma noeuvre 2, y compris celui correspondant au corps de chauffe du four, sont logés dans une boîte 5, fermée par un couvercle 6 en tôle qui, s'accrochant en avant à la paroi de la boîte 5, immédiatement sous la plaque 10 supérieure, est fixé par des vis 7 à une pièce 8 emboutie de façon à former une gaine de protection pour les conducteurs usuels non dessinés arrivant aux fiches de connexion de la plaque de chauffe 9.
La plaque 10. est amovible, elle peut être par exemple du dispositif à charnière connu, et il suffit d'enlever les vis 7 pour pouvoir enlever le couvercle 6 qui est dégagé sans difficulté, de la boîte .5. Les interrupteurs sont alors complètement découverts; cet ac cès facile aux interrupteurs est intéressant pour le montage, la vérification, les répa rations.
Sur la pièce 8 est fixé par des vis 11 un support en tôle emboutie à trois bras 12, formant à son centre une cuvette dans la quelle pénètre la partie 13 de le plaque de chauffe 9 à laquelle sont fixées des broches de connexion 15, 16, pénétrant la première dans une douille métallique centrale, les trois autres, 16, dans des pièces 18 en matière isolante garnie chacune d'une douille mé tallique. Les pièces 18 sont munies de re bords représentés en traits interrompus fig. 3, et qui reposent sur le fond de la cuvette 26.
Les douilles métalliques sont disposées spé cialement pour avoir de l'élasticité pour laisser un jeu suffisant aux fiches, de faon que l'on puisse facilement mettre la plaque 9 à niveau horizontal au moyen de trois vis de réglage 20, dont les têtes pénètrent dans des encoches sur le bord inférieur circulaire de la plaque 9 qu'elles supportent. Chaque vis de réglage 20 est munie d'un écrou 21 et d'un contre-écrou 22; l'écrou 21 traverse librement le bras 12 et une ron delle 17, il est vissé lui-même dans un écrou 27, dont le serrage fixe l'écrou 21 et le serrage du contre-écrou 22 fixe la vis 20.
Il suffit de desserrer 22 pour pouvoir, grâce aux six pans de la tête de vis 20, faire tourner librement celle-ci et par conséquent lui donner un mouvement de montée ou de descente, permettant de régler la position horizontale de la plaque de chauffe. Cette opération est aisée, sans avoir à enlever la dite plaque.
La corps de chauffe représenté en fig. 4 et 5, et en partie fig. 1, comprend deux grou pes de spires usuelles, dont l'un donne un feu vif; ils peuvent être utilisés simultané ment ou individuellement.
La fig.4 montre schématiquement en traits mixtes le parcours de chacun des deux groupes, l'un reliant les deux fiches 28, 29, l'autre les deux fiches 30, 29, la fiche 31 étant mise à la terre.
Les connexions entre les interrupteurs, les plaques et corps de chauffe n'ont pas été représentées au dessin, car elles n'offrent rien de particulier par rapport aux dispositifs connus, et il est entendu que les questions d'isolation, ont été réalisées de faon usuelle, à l'aide des pièces et matières généralement utilisées. Les plaques de chauffe seront le plus souvent en fonte, mais dans l'ensemble de la construction de la cuisinière représentée, la fonte à été remplacée par de la tôle emboutie.

The switches 1, with buttons of my work 2, including the one corresponding to the heating body of the oven, are housed in a box 5, closed by a sheet metal cover 6 which, hooking in front to the wall of the box 5 , immediately under the upper plate 10, is fixed by screws 7 to a stamped part 8 so as to form a protective sheath for the usual conductors not drawn arriving at the connection plugs of the heating plate 9.
The plate 10 is removable, it can be for example of the known hinge device, and it suffices to remove the screws 7 to be able to remove the cover 6, which is released without difficulty, from the box .5. The switches are then completely uncovered; this easy access to the switches is useful for assembly, checking and repairs.
On part 8 is fixed by screws 11 a stamped sheet metal support with three arms 12, forming at its center a bowl into which part 13 of the heating plate 9 to which connection pins 15, 16 penetrate. , penetrating the first in a central metal sleeve, the three others, 16, in parts 18 of insulating material each furnished with a metallic sleeve. The parts 18 are provided with re edges shown in dotted lines FIG. 3, and which rest on the bottom of the bowl 26.
The metal sockets are specially arranged to have elasticity to leave sufficient play in the pins, so that the plate 9 can be easily leveled horizontally by means of three adjusting screws 20, the heads of which penetrate into the socket. notches on the circular lower edge of the plate 9 which they support. Each adjustment screw 20 is provided with a nut 21 and a locknut 22; the nut 21 freely passes through the arm 12 and a washer 17, it is itself screwed into a nut 27, the tightening of which fixes the nut 21 and the tightening of the locknut 22 fixes the screw 20.
It suffices to loosen 22 to be able, thanks to the hexagon of the screw head 20, to freely rotate the latter and consequently to give it an upward or downward movement, making it possible to adjust the horizontal position of the heating plate. This operation is easy, without having to remove said plate.
The heating body shown in fig. 4 and 5, and partly fig. 1, comprises two groups of usual turns, one of which gives a high fire; they can be used simultaneously or individually.
Fig.4 shows schematically in phantom lines the path of each of the two groups, one connecting the two plugs 28, 29, the other the two plugs 30, 29, the plug 31 being earthed.
The connections between the switches, the plates and the heating body have not been shown in the drawing, because they offer nothing in particular compared to known devices, and it is understood that the questions of insulation, have been made from in the usual way, using parts and materials generally used. The hotplates will most often be made of cast iron, but throughout the construction of the stove shown, cast iron has been replaced by stamped sheet metal.
