Description

  

  Versandkarton aus Wellpappe.    Die Erfindung     betrifft    einen Versandkarton  aus Wellpappe, bei welchem in mindestens  einer der die gewellte Schicht bedeckenden  Schichten eine wasserundurchdringliche Zwi  schenlage angeordnet ist.  



  Bisher mussten Versandkartons aus der  üblichen Wellpappe, wenn sie für Übersee  transporte verwendet wurden, in ein wasser  dichtes Packmittel, z. B. in     Bitumenleinwand,     eingeschlagen werden. Hierdurch wurde das  Verpacken zeitraubend und teuer.  



  Dieser Übelstand wird durch die Erfindung  vermieden. Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des Er  findungsgegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung in  einem Schnitt     durch    eine Seite des  Versand  kartons stark vergrössert dargestellt.  



  An der Pappschicht 1, welche die Innen  seite des Versandkartons darstellt, ist in üb  licher Weise die gewellte Schicht 2 befestigt,  welche aus Stroh, Pappe oder Papier besteht.  An der Schicht 2 ist dann eine Papierschicht  3 befestigt, auf welche eine wasserundurch  dringliche Zwischenlage 4 folgt, welche von    einer die äussere Verkleidung bildenden Schicht  5 bedeckt ist. Die wasserundurchdringliche  Schicht 4 kann eine     Bitumenschicht    sein.  Die äussere Schicht 5 kann eine     CApeschicht     sein.  



  Die wasserundurchdringliche Schicht 4  kann auch auf beiden Seiten der Schicht 2  angebracht sein.  



  Im Falle einer wasserundurchdringlichen  Schicht 4 aus Bitumen ergibt sich noch der  Vorteil, dass der Versandkarton nicht von  Mäusen, Ratten und Ungeziefer     angegriffen     wird.

  On the cardboard layer 1, which is the inside of the shipping box, the corrugated layer 2 is attached in a customary way, which consists of straw, cardboard or paper. A paper layer 3 is then attached to the layer 2, followed by a water-impermeable intermediate layer 4 which is covered by a layer 5 forming the outer cladding. The water-impermeable layer 4 can be a bitumen layer. The outer layer 5 can be a CApe layer.



  The water-impermeable layer 4 can also be applied on both sides of the layer 2.



  In the case of a water-impermeable layer 4 made of bitumen, there is also the advantage that the shipping box is not attacked by mice, rats and vermin.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Versandkarton aus Wellpappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens einer der die gewellte Schicht bedeckenden Schichten eine wasserundurchdringliche Zwischenlage angeordnet ist. <B>UNTERANSPRÜCHE:</B> 1. Versandkarton nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserun- durchdringliche Zwischenlage aus einer Bitumenschicht besteht. Versandkarton nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserundurchdringliche Zwischen lage aussen mit einer Crepedecke verklei det ist.
