':Mittelst einer Kupplungsvorrichtung miteinander verbundene Körper. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung sind mittelst einer Kupplungsvorrichtung mitein ander verbundene Körper. Die bis jetzt be kannten Kupplungsvorrichtungen sind meist unzuverlässig, kompliziert und daher teuer. Der Zweck dieser Erfindung ist, durch die besondere Anordnung und Ausbildung eine für die Herstellung in grossen Mengen geeig nete und daher billige Einheit zu schaffen, die trotzdem den grössten Beanspruchungen stand zu halten vermag.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Kupplungsvorrichtung einen aus. elastischere Material bestehenden Kupplungskörper und der eine der miteinander zu verbindenden Körper eine Vertiefung aufweist, in welcher Vertiefung der Kupplungskörper derart sitzt, dass er unter Druck gegen die Wandflächen der Vertiefung anliegt, das Ganze derart, dass die Kupplungsvorrichtung bei hinreichend grossem Anliegedruck unverrückbar im Körper mit der Vertiefung befestigt ist.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein erfindungsge mässes Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, und zwar eine Kupplung zur Verbindung einer Bürste mit dem Bürstenstiel. In der Figur ist das Ganze zum Teil in Ansicht und zum Teil in Schnitten.
In der Figur bedeutet a den Bürstenkörper, b den Bürstenstiel; c ist ein im Bürstenkörper vorgesehenes zylindrisches Loch. d ist eine Hülse, in der der Bürstenstiel in an sich be kannter Weise festgemacht ist. Mit dieser Hülse d ist ein Bolzen e fest verbunden, der einen Kopf f besitzt und Gewinde trägt, auf dem eine Flügelmutter g vorgesehen ist.
Zwi schen dem Bolzenkopf urrd der unter der Flügelmutter g angeordneten Scheibe lt ist ein elastischer und zylindrischer Körpern, vorzugs weise aus Gummi mit Stoffeinlage bestehend, angeordnet, der in nicht zusammengepresstem Zustande leicht in das Loch c hinein gebracht werden kann.
Die Verbindung der beiden Bürstenteile wird in der Weise hergestellt, dass der ela stische Körper i in nicht zusamrnengepresstem Zustande in das Loch c eingeführt und dann dieser elastische Körper zwischen dem Bolzen- kopf <B>f</B> und der Scheibe h durch Zuschrauben der Flügelmutter g zusammengepresst wird. Dadurch nimmt der elastische Körper im Durchmesser zu und legt sich an die zylin drische Innenwand des Loches c derart fest an, dass der Bürstenkörper fest mit dem Bürstenstiel verbunden bleibt.

The purpose of this invention is, through the special arrangement and training, to create a unit which is suitable for production in large quantities and is therefore cheap, which is nevertheless able to withstand the greatest stresses.
The invention consists in that the coupling device consists of one. The coupling body consists of more elastic material and one of the bodies to be connected has a recess in which recess the coupling body is seated in such a way that it rests under pressure against the wall surfaces of the recess, the whole thing in such a way that the coupling device cannot be moved in the body when the contact pressure is sufficiently high the recess is attached.
In the drawing, an embodiment according to the invention is shown, namely a coupling for connecting a brush to the brush handle. In the figure, the whole is partly in view and partly in section.
In the figure, a means the brush body, b the brush handle; c is a cylindrical hole provided in the brush body. d is a sleeve in which the brush handle is fastened in a known manner. With this sleeve d a bolt e is firmly connected, which has a head f and carries a thread on which a wing nut g is provided.
Between the bolt head urrd the washer is arranged under the wing nut g is an elastic and cylindrical body, preferably made of rubber with a fabric insert, which can easily be brought into the hole c in a non-compressed state.
The connection of the two brush parts is established in such a way that the elastic body i is inserted into the hole c in a non-compressed state and then this elastic body is screwed shut between the bolt head f and the washer h the wing nut g is pressed together. As a result, the elastic body increases in diameter and attaches itself to the cylin drical inner wall of the hole c so firmly that the brush body remains firmly connected to the brush handle.
